On Monday, July 30, 2012, after being returned to the location from a court hearing, the suspect was found to be in posswession of a suspdected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The items were hidden in a body cavity.

On 7-31-12 suspect was found sitting in his car parked onFirehouse Road. An odor of burned marijuana could be smelled emitting from the vehicle. Suspect was found with a jar of marijuana. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 7-31-12 Deputies were dispatched to Calle Kryshana in reference to a domestic dispute. The above suspect was found to be the aggressor in a physical confrontation. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.
