Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
A black 2011 BMW SUV was observed traveling the wrong way on Camino La Tierra. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the above driver was found to be intoxicated. SFST could not be conducted due to the above suspect's high level of intoxication. Suspect refused both Breath and Blood Tests. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Location: residence off of Cerro de Alamo, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega area)
On 4/19/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 0930 and 1150 unknown persons entered her residence through the front door which was kicked in. Victim stated that unknown persons stole misc. jewelry, approx. 40 CD's, a pink Ipod, a blk. flatscreen TV, and a Mossberg .20 ga shotgun. Estimated value of the items taken is $8370.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

On 4/19/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 0800 abd 1500 hours unknown persons gained entry into her residence by kicking the rear door open. Victim stated that unknown persons took misc. jewelry and 2 pairs of mens Jordan shoes. Estimated value of items taken is $3050.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

Victim reported that a family member stole the deed to some property that was given to her and her husband by a now deceased father in law. Victim reports that the family member forged the father in laws name on the deed and sold the 1.5 acre property fir $5000.00. Case is still under investigation.

Location: 3500 block of Jon Kim Lane, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)
On 4/19/12 at about 1500 hours, victim observed a male and a female outside her residence next to a computer that belonged to her which was inside her residence. Victim stated that the male and female then left the area and she noticed her front door had been forced open. Victim stated that items were moved in the livingroom and master bedroom. Victim stated that the suspects took a Verizon mobile internet wireless card, and 3 gold wedding rings. Estimated value of items is $470.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

On 04-18-2012 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 9:00p.m. someone entered the victims residence by damaging a window. The above items were stolen from within the residence.

On 04-18-2012 between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm unknown suspect broke the rear window on the victim's vehicle and stole the victim's purse while the vehicle was parked at a trail head on Hyde Park Road.

Deputies responded to the listed intersection in regards to a motor vehicle crash involving injuries. Upon Deputies arrival it was determined that one of the drivers involved was impaired due to intoxication. Field Sobriety testing was administered and impairment was detected. The suspect was arrested and was read implied consent. The results of the chemical test was .25 .22 . 23. Subject was taken tojail where she was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim reported that sometime between the hours of 12:00 p.m. on April 17, 2012 and 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 2012 somepne entered the unlocked vehicle and stole the listed items. Victim also stated that the suspect used the credit card and charged a total of $8.00 at an unknown location as of this time. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Joshua Jacobs-Herrera Age: 21 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute involving a physical struggle. Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that the suspect had pushed,punched and bit the victim in all areas of the body. Victim sustained minor injuries and suspect was arrested without incident. Suspect was transported to jail and charged accordingly.
