Arrested: William Casiano, 43-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 03-23-2012 at about 12:22a.m. Mr. Casiano was observed driving his 1991 Ford Explorer in a careless manner on Santa Fe County Road 84. Mr. Casiano refused to bring his vehicle to a stop when a Deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on him. He fled in his vehicle for approximately 1 mile at slow speeds. Mr. Casiano finally stopped his vehicle in the driveway of a friend's house where he was taken into custody. He was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was booked accordingly.

Items Damaged: exterior door and stand up freezer valued at $7,160.00
On 03-23-2012 at about 1:45a.m. an unknown suspect forced open a rear door of the business causing damage to the door and a stand up freezer. The suspect rummaged through several areas of the business and stole $90.00 from the register. The investigation is ongoing.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:00am and 5:00pm on 3-22-12 unknown suspects gained unauthorized forced entry into a south facing door of the residence. Case is still under investigation.
Estimated amount of items stolen was $1,580.00

Victim reported that sometime between 8:00am and 2:15pm on 3-22-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the residence and stole the above stated items. Forced entry was reported to the front door. Case is still under investigation.

On the above date victim reported that his workshop was burglarized between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012. Unknown suspect gained forced entry through an exterior door of the shop. Suspect removed above items once inside. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Victim reported that she discovered two of her husband's rings missing from a jewelry box, along with cash coins. She states that the theft occurred sometime between March 11, 2012 and March 22, 2012.
Suspect is pending further investigation.

Location: 2500 Block Birch Street (Cottonwood Mobile Home Park), Santa Fe, NM
Victim: Male, 81, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 8:13 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival at the location Santa Fe County Fire Department Paramedics were attempting to revive the victim. These attempts met with negative results and the victim was subsequently pronounced dead at the location. Foul Play is not suspected in this incident.

Location: State Road 599 and Santa Fe County Road 62
Arrested: Patrick Roybal, 25-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 03/21/2012 at about 10:00p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on a blue in color Lexus due to an expired registration plate. The driver, Mr. Roybal showed signs of impairment and was found to be in possession of marijuana and rolling papers. He refused to submitt to a legal blood draw. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Arrested: Stephen Holt 20 year old male, Stillwater, OK
On this date Deputies responded to the above location. The above listed suspect was involved in a verbal and physical altercation with the victim. Injuries were noted at the scene. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
