Stolen: 42' Toshiba flat screen TV valued at $529.00

    On 03/19/2012 the victim reported that someone stole their flat screen television from their home.  The victim belives it was possibly a family member who had access to the home.

Victim stated that on todays date as she was walking her dog, the dog got away and ran into the neighbors driveway. Victim stated that the suspect appeared to have noticed the dog in the driveway and sped up in his vehicle running over the dog. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked accodingly

Victim reported on todays date between 5pm and 530pm persons gained entry into the home and stole the listed items. Victim stated that  she belives she knows the suspects. Case is under investigation. Jewelry valued at 2,000.00

Vehicles Stolen: 1947 Dodge 2Dr (Red); 1970 Volkswagen Karmin Ghia (Green)

1977 MGB 2Dr (Rust)

Victim stated between October 2011 and March 16, 2012 a female stole the listed vehicles. Victim stated the suspect was left to take care of the home while they traveled. Victim stated when they returned they found several items and vehicles missing. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that she was given a backpack that contained several checks with Victims business name. Victim stated that the checks in the backpack had been altered. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported on this date between 7am and 1pm unknown persons gained forced entry into the home. Victim reported that once inside the home, the suspect(s) stole the listed items.  Case is still under investigation.


Case#:  0212004121/ Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  03/19/12

Location:  residence off of W Paseo Encantado, Tesuque, NM (off of SR 592)

On 3/19/12 deputy was dispatched to an activated alarm at the above location.  It was learned that unknown suspects had thrown a rock at a glass door which shattered the glass.  It is unknown at this time if anything was taken.  Estimated damage amount is $400.00.  This occurred between the hours of 0930 and 1600 hours.  The alarm went off at 1600 hours.

Location: Vista Del Monte. (Hwy 14 area)

Stolen:  30/06 blued with wood stock, Leopold scope, leather strap with the Leroy branded into it black, 30/30 Marlin black wood stock 22 rifle black wood stock ,42" flat screen plasma television silver, 19" LCD television black .

Damaged:  tempered glass door insert, cowboy statue broken $50.00, Indian riding a bucking horse statue

Sometime between the hours of 9:00 am Sunday March 18, 2012 and Monday March 19, 2012, 9:00 am. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the above stated residence by breaking the glass door insert with a shovel. Upon gaining entry suspect(s) took the above listed items and broke the two statues while in the process.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $3400.00

On the above listed date and location, deputies reponded in reference to a Larceny. Victim reports the above items were stolen on Saturday, March 17, 2012 between the hours of 10:00am to 11:00am while victim was at a doctor's appointment.  Case still pending investigation.  


Case # 0212004067/ Attempt to commit a felony to wit: Burglary/ 03-18-2012

Victim reported on today's date at or around the time of 7:40 pm a female was attempting to break into his home. Santa Fe County Sheriff's deputies arrived on scene and took the female into custody. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
