On 1/31/12 deputy was dispatched to Lowe's Grocery store at 1700 St. Michael's Dr in reference to a domestic. Victim stated she and suspect got into an argument about her moving out of the residence. Victim stated suspect became upset and grabbed her by the throat and attempted to choke her. Victim also stated suspect scratched her chest. Visible signs of battery were observed on victim. Suspect was arrested and charged with battery on a household member and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On above date victim reported that the above suspect stole cash and checks from her. Upon investigation, suspect had signed the victims check in an attempt to defraud her for the amount $250.00. Suspect was taken into custody.

Location: residence off of Caleb Court, Stanley, NM
On 1/30/12 victims reported that some time between 9:30am and 2:30pm, an unidentified suspects entered their residence and stole items within. There was damage to the rear slding door where it appeared the suspects attempted to pry open the door to no avail. There was damage to the gun room door where the suspects pried open the door with some kind of prying tool. Victims stated that unknown suspects took several rifles, handguns, a Digital camera w/2 lenses, a 46" Sharp TV, a 32" Sharp flat screen TV, a HP laptop computer, Nintendo Wii, a 7" Coby tablet, a box with 14 watches, a Citizen Eco-drive, a brass box, 50 DVDs, a Droid cell phone, a Sony camera, a ring, women's watch with a gold band. Estimated value of items taken is $11,000.00. Estimated damage amount is $1,250.00.

Victim stated his tenant moved out on January, 16, 2012. Victim stated suspect took a 16 inch Panasonic television when he departed. Victim stated between January 29, 2012 around 9:00pm and today around 8:00am suspect returned and took 2 small wood fireplaces. Victim stated suspect had a key to the residence and entered the residence. Estimated value of items taken is $600.00

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 3:30am and 4:00am. Some unknown person unlawfully entered his shop on his above list property. After gaining entry suspect took stole the above listed items and loaded them into his vehicle. Upon Deputies arrival the suspect fled the area on foot and the vehicle and property was recovered.
This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $2000.00

Victim reported that on this date Sometime Between10:30am and 11:00am. Some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence possible through an unlocked door. After gaining entry suspect took a set of keys and a digital camera which were later located in a backpack the suspect dropped in the residence.
This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On Sunday, January 29, 2012 at 11:34 PM deputies responded to a residence at the location reference to the victim being unresponsive and CPR was in progress. Upon arrival it was learned that the victim had utilized a ligature and was pronounced dead at the scene. Foul play is not suspected at this time.

Warrant - Failure to Comply With Conditions of Probation
On Sunday, January 29, 2012 the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the facial area with an open hand. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene. A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed that there was a valid Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the 2nd Judicial District Court.
