Charged: Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Obey Signal
On Saturday, January 28, 2012 the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a red traffic control signal prior to making a right turn. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached unless he is operating a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device. The vehicle was not so equipped.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a burglary in progress. Deputies located the suspect vehicle and arrested the above female suspect who was found in the area. A male suspect is still at large after fleeing the area. The above stolen items were recovered and returned to the victim.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $2449.00

Victim reported that on above date, between 1:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. someone unlawfully gained forced entry and removed the above stated items from a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $3,060.00

On 1/26/12 victim stated that she received a call from the Department of Labor advising that an unknown person is using her name, date of birth and social security number in Oklahoma. Victim stated that she applied for unemployment but cannot receive any checks due to someone else using her information. Victim stated that she has never been to Oklahoma and has never worked there. It is unknown how the suspect received victim's information. Victim also stated that she received a letter from IRS advising that she owes them back taxes but IRS did not give her any further information.

Location: residence off of Upper Pond Road, Santa Fe, NM (Hondo Hills area)
On 1/26/12 victim said that some time between 10:00am December 24, 2011 and 6:00pm January 24, 2012 that an unknown suspect broke into her residence and stole several pieces of silver jewelry and 2 gate access remotes. Victim stated that there was no forced entry into her residence and does not know where entry was gained through. Estimated value of items taken is $600.00.
