On Friday, February 24, 2012 at 10:48 PM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to a Loud Music Complaint. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect had provided alcoholic beverages to three minors. The suspect also attempted to physically prevent deputies from entering to the residence.

On Friday, February 24, 2012 at 10:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when he passed a marked Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office Patrol Vehicle that was traveling at the posted speed of 65 miles per hour. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.

On Friday, February 24, 2012 between 7:35 AM and 3:00 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by prying open a window screen. No items appearred to have been taken from the residence.

On 2/24/12 victim stated that sometime between 2/11/12 at 1500 hours and 2/24/12 unknown persons entered his barn which is south of his residence and stole a .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol and a brown leather holster. Victim stated that it was in a cabinet in the barn. Estimated value of the item taken is $350.00. There was no damage to the barn or cabinet.

On 2/24/12 victim stated that between 2/18/12 and today unknown persons entered a small shed and a toolbox in the bed of his truck and stole some tools. Victim stated that a Concrete saw, (2) 12 volt drills, and a chipping hammer were taken. Estimated value of items taken is $1600.00. Victim stated that there was no damage to the shed or toolbox.

On 2/24/12 victim stated that sometime between 2/20/12 at 2000 hours and 2/21/12 at 2000 hours someone took an Apple I-pad with a black case from inside the master bedroom. Victim stated that the only other person that was in the master bedroom was the person that cleaned the carpet. Estimated value of the item taken is $800.00.

During contact with the suspect he was found to be in possession of drug Paraphernalia. Above suspect gave consent to search his vehicle. Suspect was then arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.

On Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 11:54 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect pushed the victim. The suspect also broke two drinkning glasses and an exterior window to the bathroom. The victim sustained no injuries.
