Stolen: Swamp Cooler
On the above date the above victim reported his swamp cooler was unlawfully taken sometime between 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012. The swamp cooler was unsecured in an open garage. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Location: I -25 mile marker 269, Santa Fe, NM (Rest stop)
Victim: 62 year old male, Serafina, NM
On 5/9/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject who was not conscious and not breathing. Deputy arrived on scene and victim's wife stated that the victim has a lenghthy medical history. OMI was contacted and took over investigation. No foul play was involved.

Location: Sycamore Loop- Cottonwood Mobile Home Park
Stolen: White in color Apple Mac Book 17", Nontendo PS3 game system, a seven (7) layer bracelet (Gold in color, and three (3) gold rings, and three (3) gold necklaces.
Victim reported that sometime between May 8, 2012 at 8:00 amam and May 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $ 6,050.00

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for failure to comply with The Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring Program Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On today's date, at 4:10 a.m. Deputes were dispatched to a pile of wood on fire at the above address. Victim advised he located half of a hand held torch in the middle of the intersection of Waldo Road and 3rd. The case is under investigation. Suspects are pending at this time.

Suspect: Angel Lucero Age: 20 Santa Fe
Angel Lucero was arrested for DWI and possession of Marijuana (less than 1 oz.) after she was stopped for a traffic lane violation and was found to be impaired. Her B.A.C. was .13 and she was booked accordingly.

Location: Ash Street , Cottonwood Mobile Home Park. SF, NM
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to the above stated charges. The victim reported that while trying to reposess a vehicle he was confronted by two (2) males. One male choked the victim and the other attempted to run the victim over with the vehicle. The suspects left prior to Deputies arrival. This case is currently under investigation

Location: Fairway Village Subdivision, Santa Fe, NM
Stolen: Black wallet with $50.00 US Currency, a visa credit card, Home Depot Credit Card, and three (3) misc keys.
Victim was battered at the above location on May 4, 2012 by three (3) to four (4) male individuals that were in a dark in color vehicle. Victim was "Jumped" for unknown reasons and does not know the suspects. Victim stated he recieved minor cuts to his face, hands, arms, and legs and the above items were stolen from his person during the commission of the battery. Case is currently under investigation.

Location: State Road 14, Mile Marker 39
Arrested: James Hands, 63-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 05-05-2012 at about 11:34PM Mr. Hands was observed driving a 2010 Ford truck on State Road 14, speeding and passing in a no passing zone. A traffic stop was conducted and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: residence on Prairie Dog Loop
Items stolen: several name brand watches, jewelry and electronics
On 05-04-2012 between the hours of 1:30PM and 10:00PM unknown suspects entered the victim's residence by unknown means. They stole the above listed items from within the residence. Further investigation led Deputies to a location where some of the victim's watches were recovered. Suspect information was obatined and the investigation is ongoing.
