Arrested: Montserrat Ocegvera-Campos, 18-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 9/03/2011 in the early morning hours Deputies observed the above subject vomiting outside of a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Zafarran Drive. Contact was made and she was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She provided a false name and date of birth to Deputies. Her true identity was discovered and she was arrested accoordingly on the above charges.

On 9-2-11, deputy was dispatched to the above address. Victim stated between Monday August 29th and Tuesday August 30th between eight in the morning and five in the afternoon unknown subjects entered his partially opened patio window and took a Huskavarna 16" chainsaw and a storage box. Estimated value of items taken is $210.00.

Between late July 2011 and 8:00 am on August 29th 2011someone unlawfully removed the above items from the above residence. The victim stated that there has been several employees working in her residence during that time period. Suspect(s) are pending further investigation.

On 09-02-2011 at 2:30 am the above stated subject was outside of the Institute of American Indian Arts campus, and had threatened, harassed and battered a school counselor. The above subject refused to cooperate with law enforcement during the apprehension process and was charged with Battery upon school personal, Assault upon a peace officer and Resisting evading an officer.

ARRESTED: JERALDO MOTELLANO-SOTO, 28 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: DWI-OPEN CONTAINER
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED BACKING INTO THE GATES OF A TRASH DUMPSTER ON THE APARTMENT COMPLEX CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE AND THEN DRIVING OFF. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE OPEN CONTAINER OF BEER AND HAS BEEN DRINKING. AFTER DWI INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED DEPUTY MARTINEZ ARRESTED SUSPECT ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
