On 05-06-2012 the vehicle owner reported her vehicle stolen. Shortly after the vehicle was located near Jaguar Drive and South Meadows Road. It had been involved in a motor vehicle crash. No suspects were located.

On 5-5-12 Deputies were investigation a violent domestic dispute and during the course of the investigation suspect Henry Moreno fled the scene on foot and was apprehended a short time later. He was found to have active warrants. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 5-5-12 suspect was involved in a verbal dispute with her husband, which later turned physical by her slapping him in the face causing redness and slight swelling. She was booked accordingly at the SF County Jail and charged with Battery Against a Household Member.

Victim reports sometime between May 4, 2012 and May 5, 2012 someone cut the lock to his gate at the above location. Once inside the property the above listed items were stolen. Case still pending investigation.

Above suspect failed to negotiate an S-Curve in the roadway at the above location. At which time his 1994 Red Ford Pick-up struck a metal fence on the opposite side of the roadway. The above suspect was found to be the driver and displayed signs of impairment. During the standardized field sobriety test suspect displayed clues of impairment. Suspect submitted a breath test, which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .14/ .14. Suspect was unable to provide proof of vehicle insurance. Suspect was arrested and booked on above charges.

A 2002 Blue Chevrolet Cavalier was observed at the above location failing to maintain it's lane by crossing over the center divide line twice. Vehicle was stopped and the above suspect was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect displayed clues of impairment during the standardized field sobriety test. Above suspect was arrested and requested to submit to a legal blood draw. Suspect was booked and charged on above charges. Pending results on blood draw.

On Friday, May 4, 2012 at 9:32 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side and striking a guard rail. The vehicle then rolled 3 1/4 times coming to rest in the south bound lanes of travel, facing southwest The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. The results of this test are pending. The suspect was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision. The suspect was also found to be in possession of a smoking device containing suspected marijuana residue.

A 8 yoa male and 4 yoa male were found walking alone on the roadway at the above location. Mother was found at a different location. It is still unclear how the children wondered off from their gardian. Case still pending investigation.
