Victim reported that sometime between 10:00am and 11:40pm on 4-21-12 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into his home by shattering a front bedroom window. Once inside the suspects stole the above item. Case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Joseph Drysdale
On 4-21-12, 34 year old Joseph Drysdale was stopped for a traffic violation on State Road 76 and Camino De Flores. He was found to be driving on a revoked driver’s license. He was arrested and booked according at theSanta FeCountyjail.

Suspect: William Graveen Age: 47 Lamy, NM
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that William Graveen during an argument, battered and restrained a household member. Victim received minor injury. Graveen left prior to deputies arriving and then returned and was arrested without further incident.

The above stolen items were valued at about $4000.00

Suspect: Shirley Green 49 yoa, female, SF, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
A black 2011 BMW SUV was observed traveling the wrong way on Camino La Tierra. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the above driver was found to be intoxicated. SFST could not be conducted due to the above suspect's high level of intoxication. Suspect refused both Breath and Blood Tests. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

On 4/19/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 0930 and 1150 unknown persons entered her residence through the front door which was kicked in. Victim stated that unknown persons stole misc. jewelry, approx. 40 CD's, a pink Ipod, a blk. flatscreen TV, and a Mossberg .20 ga shotgun. Estimated value of the items taken is $8370.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

Victim stated that between 0800 abd 1500 hours unknown persons gained entry into her residence by kicking the rear door open. Victim stated that unknown persons took misc. jewelry and 2 pairs of mens Jordan shoes. Estimated value of items taken is $3050.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

Victim reported that a family member stole the deed to some property that was given to her and her husband by a now deceased father in law. Victim reports that the family member forged the father in laws name on the deed and sold the 1.5 acre property fir $5000.00. Case is still under investigation.

On 4/19/12 at about 1500 hours, victim observed a male and a female outside her residence next to a computer that belonged to her which was inside her residence. Victim stated that the male and female then left the area and she noticed her front door had been forced open. Victim stated that items were moved in the livingroom and master bedroom. Victim stated that the suspects took a Verizon mobile internet wireless card, and 3 gold wedding rings. Estimated value of items is $470.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

On 04-18-2012 between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 9:00p.m. someone entered the victims residence by damaging a window. The above items were stolen from within the residence.
