On 08-09-12 the owner reported the above vehicle stolen from an address on Dail Circle. The owner dropped the car of at the address to have work done on the vehicle approximately one year ago. The vehilce was last seen at the residence approximately two weeks ago. This case is currently under investigation.

On Thursday August 9, 2012 at 11:46 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a physical altercation at a residence at the location. The suspect struck the victim on both sides of her face with an open hand. The suspect also forced open a bedroom door with his shoulder causing damage to the door. The victim was treated at the scene by the Santa Fe County Fire Department for minor injuries and declined any further medical attention.

Victim reports sometime about 11:30pm on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained through a side window causing $300.00 dollars of damage. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken from the home. Case still pending investigation.

Charges: Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment
The mailhandler for the Detention Center was checking incoming mail and came across an envelope addressed to the above suspect. Three strips of an orange substance believed to be suboxone were located in the envelope. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly on the above charge.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 11:10am and 4:45pm unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained by forcing open the front door. Once inside the above listed items were taken. Case pending investigation.

On 08-08-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above listed area in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Deputies learned the above suspect threatened the victim with physical violence and acted as if he was going to strike the family member. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Stolen: Alpine car stereo and 2 car batteries

On 08-08-12 Deputy Aguayo was dispatched to the above listed location in regards to an auto burglary. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim, who stated he noticed his door to his RV was open. He realized that other vehicle on his property had been entered as well. The victim reported that two car batteries and an Alpine stereo were taken. The case is currently under investigation.

On 08-08-12 Deputy Romero was dispatched to Mustang Road in regards to the above listed incident. Upon arrival she made contact with the above male who was playing extremely loud music, disturbing the peace. After attempts to get the male to lower his music were unsuccessful, he was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adutl Detention Facility.

Stolen: hand carved crystal frog and heart, tan and green camping tent, futon mattress, Brauhem black purse, Lousie Vaton wallet, Michael Kors perfume, Visa credit card $350 in cash, TX DL, SSN card, and misc. animal furs, clothing and camping gear
On August 08, 2012, victim reported that between the hours of 5:30PM and 8:30PM unknown suspects stolen his 16FT white cargo trailer with above listed items inside along with a green and grey colored tent which was set up next to the trailer. Victim was unable to provide an exact location where the incident occurred only near County RD 76. Victim did not have any registration or identification on the trailer.
