Charged: Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to pay fines
On 4/2/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle where the occupants were drinking alcoholic beverages. Upon deputy's arrival contact was made with the driver of the vehicle who stated that they were just picking up scrap metal. The driver was identified as Carl Houston who appeared to be intoxicated. He was given SFST's and was found to be impaired. A 32 oz. can of beer was located opened in the vehicle. The driver was found to have 3 prior DWI's. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test. His BrAC results were .20, .20. He was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. His passenger was found to have an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for Failure to pay fines. He was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were notified of a suspicious device located on the grounds of the school. EOD personnel arrived on scene and deemed the device safe. Sheriffs Department is currently investigating the incident.

Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown, utilizing an unknown type cutting device cut and removed approximately 37.5 feet of copper plumbing tubing from inside of a framed wall.

Victim reported that on 3/30/12 the above listed item was stolen from her property. Suspects used a Bobcat tractor to remove item that was laying in the yard. A Suspect was located and found to have an active bench warrant and arrested without incident on the warrant.

Victim reports unknown person(s) gained forced entry into her home through a rear window by breaking the glass between the dates of 03-31-2012 at 7:30pm and 4-1-2012 at 7:00pm. Once inside the above listed items were stolen. Suspect(s) also damage several interior walls by writiting on them with a permanent marker. Case still pending investigation.

Location: 2500 block of Lopez Lane, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Thomas Herman Flores, age 48, Santa Fe, NM
On 3/31/12 deputy responded to assist Santa Fe Police Department on an armed robbery in which the suspect took off on a motorcycle. It was later learned that the motorcycle was stolen from the above location. The motorcycle was a 1983 Yamaha black in color which did not have a license plate. The suspect then ditched the motorcycle and took off running. Suspect was then apprehended and arrested. Santa Fe Police Department took over the investigation and charged the suspect. Victim estimated the value of the motorcycle to be $800.00.

Charged: Warrant for Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer
On 4/1/12 it was learned that the suspect was released from the Las Vegas Mental Health Center in Las Vegas, NM. Suspect was suppose to be held on a 72 hour hold. Contact was made with the Law Enforcement agencies in Las Vegas, NM in an attempt to pick up the suspect due to having a warrant for her arrest. San Miguel County Sheriff's Deputy made contact with the suspect who then placed her under arrest and relayed her to a Santa Fe County Deputy. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center on a warrant for Aggravated Assault on a Peace Officer.

There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
