On 01/07/2012 at approximately 12:17a.m. the above subject's vehicle, a 2003 blue in color Dodge Neon was stopped after the vehicle was observed failing to stop for a posted stop sign at the above listed location. He was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. He was arrested accordingly.

On this date of report, deputy's were sent to domestic violence call at above listed location. At approximately 2230 hours this date of report, Above listed victim reported her boyfriend was drinking excessively (Alcoholic beverages) and became very irate.Victim reported when she called for law enforcement, suspect struck her with an open hand to her face or left eye area. Victim stated that suspect was breaking the cabinets in the kitchen and damaged the toilet in the bathroom. Deputy then arrested suspect and the suspect then spit on the victim. Estimated damage amount is $350.00.`

On 1-6-12, deputy was dispatched to the above address. Victim stated she had received her Capital One Master Card bill in the mail today and noticed the above charge that she did not make on the bill. Upon calling the credit card company, it was determined that the charge was for a Sony laptop computer and the charge was made on 12-2-11 to Walmart.com. Victim stated that the credit card company advised the delivery was made to an address in Santa Fe. The charge was for $853.57.

On 1-5-12, 15 year old victim reported that after being caught doing marijuana and prescription drugs his step father was very angry with him and threw him down on the ground and struck him several times. There was no evidence of injury. Case is still under investigation and CYFD was notified.

On 1-5-12, 24 yr old Juan Gomez was stopped for a traffic violation on Avenida Del Sur and Rancho Viejo Blvd. It was found that he was driving on a revoked driver's license. He was arrested as booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail. The vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.

Arrested: 16-year-old male from Pojoaque New Mexico
On 01-05-2012 at about 9:30p.m. two vehicles were involved in a road rage incident on US 84/285 in Pojoaque. The suspect vehicle followed the victim to the victim's residence in the Pojoaque Terrace mobile home park where the suspect, a 16-year-old male brandished a double edge ax and threatened the victim. The suspect was located and arrested.

Victim stated that someone had taken her 2000 Pontiac Grand Am white in color bearing NM FRW445. Victim estimated the value to be about $2000.00. Victim stated that the vehicle was taken between 0900 and 1800 hours.
