Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Santa Fe County Medics in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Deputies arrived to find a deceased male who was reported to not feeling good earlier in the evening. There were no signs of foul play, cause of death is pending at this time.

Deputies responded to an after the fact assault that occurred on August 30, 2024. The victim stated he was at a bonfire and was in a physical altercation with three individuals. The victim stated the males lifted a shirt and ensured the victim witnessed they were carrying a firearm. The victim's phone was taken and money was transferred out of the victim's CashApp account..

Deputies responded to the area for a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the driver and he was requested to perform field sobriety tests. Male then quit performing tests part of the way through. He agreed to a breath test and blew 0.22/0.23 BAC.

Deputes responded to a crashed vehicle in a ditch. Upon arrival, contact was made with the driver who admitted to drinking earlier in the evening. Driver refused sobriety tests, but agreed to a breath test and blew 0.28 BAC. Driver was arrested.

Contact with the subject at the above location for a welfare check. Subject had a State of New Mexico Corrections Department Probation and Parol Arrest Order. Subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. Subject was found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest by Espanola Municipal Court for failure to appear. Subject was taken to SFADC where he was booked without incident.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a cardiac arrest. Medics were on scene and advised the patient showed no signs of life. OMI was on scene and conducted a separate investigation. There were no signs of suspicious activity.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driving 25 MPH below the speed limit. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. Driver was requested to perform field sobriety tests which he refused. Given the circumstances of the stop and observations, driver was arrested. He was asked to perform a breath test which was also refused. In the vehicle, an open bottle of tequila was observed with about half of it's contents remaining. Driver was charged accordingly.
