Location:  27000 block of East Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM (near Taylor Loop)

On 6/7/11 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that someone unlawfully entered his residence sometiime between May 31, 2011 and June 2, 2011.  Victim stated that unknown suspects stole a 32" flatscreen TV, a gold necklace and a gold watch.  Estimated value of items taken is $900.00.  Entry was possibly gained through a southwest side facing door which was pried open.  Also unknown suspects damaged the front entry way by pulling a piece of metal off the screen door.  Estimated damage amount is pending.

Location: 4650 Airport Road space 87 Santa Fe NM

On Monday June 6th 2011 at approximately 7:00 am a male who is an uncle to the family was involved in a argument with a boyfriend of a relative. The uncle pulled out a knife and threatened to stab the boyfriend. The uncle grabbed a five inch steel bolt and threw at the boyfriend causing a 3 inch laceration to his head. The uncle fled the scene. This case is pending further investigation.
 


0211007896, Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property, 6-6-11

Location: Camino De Roberto (Santa Cruz Housing area) Northern Santa Fe County

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported to Deputies that she let an acquaintance/suspect stay with her for a few days.  Victim stated while she was gone from the residence, the suspect broke a window and gained entry into her residence to retrieve her (suspect) dog without the victims permission.  The suspect later arrived at her residence with her dog in hand, and admitted to breaking a window to retrieve the dog from the residence.  Suspect left the area prior to Deputies arrival. Case is under investigation.

Location: Buffalo Thunder Resort

Damaged: Billboards X3

Resort personnel reported that within the last two weeks three billboards had been damaged with large amounts of graffiti.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Otto Road (West Frontage)

Stolen: Car Stereo, Amplifier, Race Tuner

Victim reported that sometime between 1030am on 06-04-2011 and 600am on 06-06-2011 an unknown person(s) gained entry into an unlocked automobile on the property.  Once inside the automobile the above items were taken. Case is under investigation. 


0211007807 ( Aggravated assualt on a household member 06-04-11)

Location: 6300 Olive Street Santa Fe NM (Cottonwood village mobile home park)

On June 4th 2011 at approximately 10:40 pm a male suspect allegedly pointed a black in color 9mm handgun and threatened to kill his former girl friend. Attempts were made to locate the suspect, which ended in negative results. This case is pending further investigation.
 


0211007772 (Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle 06-04-2011)

Location: 32 Quiet Valley Loop (Edgewood NM)

Stolen: Brown in color 1979 GMC ½ ton pickup Bearing New Mexico license plate 232-KXM

On May 28th 2011 a male hooked up a chain to the above vehicle and dragged it from the above stated address to #19 Equestrian Trail where he was a care taker of that property. Witnesses observed the male part out the pickup and sell it as scrap metal. This case has a person of interest and is pending further investigation. This case was reported a week later.

The above item stolen was valued at about $700.00
 


0211007769 (Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon GoldMine Road and Hwy 14 Madrid NM 06-04-2011)

Location: State Road 14, Gold Mine Road (Madrid NM)
Victim: Alex Valenzuela

On Saturday May 28th 2011 at approximately 10:00 am a male who resides on the south side of Gold Mine Road near the intersection of NM 14. Shot at the victim with some type of hand gun. The name of the suspect is unknown but the case is currently under investigation. The case was reported a week after the incident occurred.

 


0211007842, Battery Against a Household Member, 6-6-11

Location: Carlson Road (East Frontage area) Santa Fe NM

Arrested: Nicholas Dobson, Age:32, Santa Fe NM

Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance at the above listed location.  Upon arrival Deputies discovered that above listed suspect had battered his wife after an argument ensued.  Deputies placed above listed suspect under arrest and booked him into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Suspect: Pending

Items stolen: Vizio 32 inch flat screen T.V., Sony DVD player

Victim stated they arrived at their residence and walked inside and discovered the above items missing.  Deputies did not discover any signs of forced entry.  Suspect unlawfully gained entry into the residence and stole the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.
