On 01-21-2012 at about 3:30p.m. Deputies responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle crash at the above location involving a green in color Toyota car. The driver, Mr. Garza was found to have been driving while under the influence of prescription medication. He drove off the roadway crashing into a ditch. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Brett Rodriguez, 31-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-21-2012 at about 11:47p.m. Deputies observed a white in color Chevrolet truck parked in the middle of the roadway at the above intersection, blocking the roadway. Contact was made with the driver, Mr. Rodriguez who was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Suspect: George H. Culver 57 yoa male, SF, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, and Immediate notice of accidents
The above suspect lost control of his 2005 black in color BMW X3 at the above location. The vehicle struck a metal street sign and a concrete retaining wall. The suspect then fled the scene, but was later located near the scene. The suspect was found to be intoxicated. Field and alternative sobriety tests were preformed which the suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested. A breath test revealed results ona BAC of .18 and .19. Suspect was booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.

Estimated value of damage $150.00. Nothing was reported stolen from the vehicle. Case still pending investigation.

The above suspect was arrested on the above charges after scratching and hitting her boyfriend numerous times at the above location. The above suspect also scratched the victim's 2006 Black in color Cadillac causing minor damage to the vehicle. Value of damage still pending. Above suspect was transported and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

CHARGES: POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, DWI, SUSPENDED LICENSE AND ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED NORTH BOUND ON CERRILLOS ROAD FAILING TO MAINTAIN HER LANE OF THE ROADWAY. TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED AND DRIVER WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE. SUSPECT APPEARED TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND A DWI INVESTIGATION WAS STARTED. AFTER INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED. DURING INVENTORY OF THE VEHICLE SOME ZANAX WAS LOCATED AND SUSPECT DOES NOT HAVE A PERSCRIPTION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTYED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (68 year old male) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a family member. There were no signs of foul play at the scene and it appears to be of natural causes at this time.
