On above date victim reported that the windows on his business were damaged by unknown suspect(s). Damage to the windows appeared to be shot out with a BB or pellet gun sometime between 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.

Suspect: Jose Herrera 36yoa male, Albuquerque, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine, Abandonment or Abuse of a Child X2, Assault and Battery on a Household Member, and Criminal Damage to Property
The above suspect was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. Suspect grabbed victim in the presence of two juveniles, ages 11 and 7. Suspect caused damage to victims 1997 Chevy by punching the windshield, causing it to crack. Contact was made with the suspect at which time was placed under arrest. Suspect was found to have in his pocket a white powdery substance, which tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was booked on the above charges at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Jacob Martinez, 23-year-old male from Albuquerque N.M.
On 02-04-2012 at about 1:50a.m. Mr. Martinez was involved in an altercation with his wife while drinking beer around a camp fire at a relatives home in Chimayo. The altercation became physical and he punched his wife in the face and threw her cellular telephone in the fire. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim advised she was given a ride by three unidentified male individuals from a local bar in the Santa Fe city limits last evening. The male subjects drove the victim to their apartment instead of driving her home. At the apartment the woman past out after drinking one beer, and when she awoke later noticed that she was unclothed from the waist down and had been sexually assaulted. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On 02-02-2012 at about 1:30a.m. the victim observed a tal,l heavy set, bald male standing outside of the victim's black in color Chevrolet Colbalt, which was parked in front of the victim's residence. The victim observed the suspect had opened the victim's unlocked car door. The victim confronted the suspect who fled the area in a late model black in color Jeep Grand Cherokee. No iitems were reported stolen from within the victim's vehicle.

On 02-03-2012 at about 2:00am the victim was at the Buffalo Thunder Casino with two female friends. While at the casino the female's got a hold of the victim's car keys and stole the victim's car.

The above driver was observed drving a 1994 Green Toyota 4 Runner traveling west bound at the above location. Driver swerved around another vehicle stopped at a stop sign, traveling into incoming traffic. Contact was made with the above driver and was placed under arrest for Reckless driving and found to have a suspended/revoked license. Driver was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 2/2/12 victim advised that some time between 11:00am on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 and 11:00am on Thursday, February 2, 2012, unidentified suspect(s) attempted to break into the above residence by trying to pry open the front door with some kind of prying tool. The suspect(s) were unable to gain entry into the residence. There were scratch marks to the door latch and to the door around the door latch. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.
