Charged: Battery on a household member, 2 Bench warrants for failure to appear out of Espanola Municipal court
On 2/2/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Deputy arrived on scene and made contact with the suspect who stated that she was drinking with the victim all day. Victim then stated that they were drinking and suspect threw a pen at his face causing a red discoloration mark. Witness corroborated victim's story. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect also had 2 outstanding bench warrants out of Espanola Municipal Court for failure to appear.

Victim reports (2) vehicles, a 2011 Dodge pick-up and a 2007 GMC Yukon while parked at the residence were burglarized and criminally damaged. No entry was made into the GMC and nothing reported missing thus far. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 2300hrs and 0400hrs last night some unknown person burglarized his two vehicles well they were parked at his residence. Unlawful entry was made through the unlocked doors, and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $599.00.

Victim reported that sometime between 0012hrs and 0600hrs some unknown person burglarized his vehicle as it was parked at his residence. Unlawful entry was made by unknown means and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $150.00.

Suspect: Aleksandra Burdeyn 30 yoa female, Stockton, CA
A 1991 Honda Accord was traveling southbound at the above location. Vehicle turned off it's headlamps, swerved off the road and turned on it's headlamps. Contact was made with the above driver which driver was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest. Driver refused to submit to a breath test. Driver was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
