ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED WEAVING AS SHE WAS DRIVING ON AIRPORT ROAD. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE AN OPEN CONTAINER OF BEER AND A SUSPENDED LICENSE. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

CHARGES: ROBBERY-BATTERY-ASSAULT-DRIVING WITH A REVOKED LICENSE-POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA-PROOF OF INURENCE-IMPROPER USE OF REGISTRATION AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS.
ON THIS DATE VICTIM WAS OBSERVED LOOKING FOR HER LOST ID IN THE PARKING LOT OF MCDONALDS WHEN SHE WAS APPROCHED BY SUSPECT. SUSPECT USED FORCE IN STEALING VICTIMS CELL PHONE FROM HER POCKET AND JUMPED INTO HIS VEHICLE AND DROVE OFF. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND THE VICTIMS CELL PHONE. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE IMPROPER PLATES AND NO INSURENCE. DRIVERS LICENSE CHECK SHOWED SUSPECT HAD A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

On October 27, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary in progress. The burglary took place sometime between 1900 hours and 2032 hours. Reporting Person indicated while walking home heard someone in his backyard. The back door of the residence was found by the reporting person to be wide open. Reporting Person attempted to locate the suspect(s), but was unsuccessful. A bedroom door was found kicked in, but no items were found to be stolen from within the residence. Estimated value of damage: $500.00. Case still under investigation.

On October 27, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Residential Burglary. Sometime between the hours of 0720 hours and 1900 hours unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry through an open window which housed an air conditioning unit. Once inside the above items were taken from the residence. Case still under investigation.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (42 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play.
