On Friday, May 18, 2012, between 10:00 PM and 10:53 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknowns attempted to gain entry to a shed at a residence at the location.  No entry was gained and no items were taken.  Only the door was damaged.

Case# 0212007490 Aggravated DWI

Vehicle:  Blue, 2000, Chevy, Pick up

Suspect:  Andrew Encinias, 43, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Speeding (41/30)

On Friday, May 18, 2012 at 8:20 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location at 41 Miles Per Hour in a posted 30 Mile Per Hour zone.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

Location: Camino Ancon,Santa Fe,NM(Jaconita)

Stolen: 36” TV/DVD player.

On the above date the above victim reported sometime between May 15, 2012 and May 17, 2012 unknown suspects gained entry into his unsecured residence. The residence was being renovated. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Location:  3100 Block of Jemez Road, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, May 17, 2012 between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed several pieces of electronic equipment and United States Currency.

Case# 0212007421 Aggravated Assault Against a Household Member

Location:  4650 Airport Road (Casitas de Santa Fe MHP), Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Female, 37, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Red, unknown year, Dodge, 3500, pick up

Suspect:  Sigfredo Chacon, 44, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated Assault Against a Household Member

                  Warrant - Failure to Pay Fines, Warrant - Failure to Pay Fines

On Thursday, May 17, 2012 at6 7:55 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location.  The victim was standing next to her vehicle, which was parked in front of a residence at the location.  The suspect drove the vehicle towards the victim, forcing her to jump out of the way to avoid being struck by the suspect's vehicle.  The suspect fled the area and was located a short time later at another residence at the location.  The suspect provided a ficticious name and date of birth upon contact.  A susbsequent check with the national Crime Information Center revealed that there were two active Warrants for his arrest issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.  The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.

Case # 0212007407/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ 05-17-2012

Location: 131 Peak's Place, Tesuque, NM

Stolen:  (2) Xbox gaming systems, controllers, and misc games, (1) Nintendo DS (Black), (1) PSP (Black) (1) Samsung laptop, (1) Ipod touch (White), Misc jewelry to include rings, watches, and necklaces (1) bottle of Lortab tablets, perfumes, and colognes.

Victim states on today's date between the times of 7:50am and 2:56pm, the above listed suspects forced entry into the residence by breaking the master bedroom window. While inside the residence, the suspects stole the above stated items. Evidence was collected at the scene and this case is currently under investigation.

 The above listed item was valued at about $16,070.00

Case # 0212007417/ Agg.DWI, Driving while drivers license is suspended or revoked, Careless driving, and Open container/ 05-17-2

Location: Interstate I-25 at mile post 293, Santa Fe County

Arrested: Dorothy Montano, 52, Albuquerque, NM

Above stated suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. Suspect showed signs of impairment, open alcohol containers were located within her vehicle,supect refused to field sobriety tests and a legal blood draw. Suspect was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above stated charges.

Case #0212007411/ Fraudulant use of a credit card/ 05-17-2012

Location: Camino Nevoso, Santa Fe, NM

Victim reported that some unknown person(s) used his credit card on May 9th and May 16th to purchase auto parts. Victim cancelled his credit and notified his credit card company.  This case is pending further investigation.

The above charges were valued at about $1,300.00

Victim reported that over night between May 16, 2012 (5:00PM) and May 17th 2012 (9:30AM) unknown suspect(s) unlawfully removed the above stated items from a 2003 Lexus SUV. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $250.00
