On October 10, 2011 between the hours of 8:00am and 1:00pm unknown person(s) gained unlawful/ forced entry into the above location's workshop. Entry was gained through a not securely locked dead bolt of the workshop door. Once inside the above items were stolen. Case still under investigation.

Vehicle was stopped by Deputy after observing traffic violations. Contact was made with the driver and he was found to be impaired. Subject was administered sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Suspect after being arrested kicked Deputy in an attempt to injure the deputy. Deputies responded to location in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies learned that the listed suspect had shattered the kitchen window to the home and then fled. The suspect was located a short time later operating a motor vehicle and was impaired due to intoxicant. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail.

Driver was observed by deputy driving at a high rate of speed and was on dirt road. Vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the driver. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was then administered sobriety tests. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested and taken to jail. Driver refused to chemical testing.

Vehicle was stopped by law enforcement after observing suspicious activity. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered sobriety exams and impairment was detected. Driver was arrested and was then found to have in his possession suspected Marijuana less than one ounce. Suspect submitted to chemical testing and was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly. Test results are pending.
