On January 7th, between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by forcing open the rear door. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed several electronic items, electronic games and a purse.

Suspect: Douglas Knutt, age 53, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Roadways laned for traffic
On 1/7/12 deputy was dispatched to the above area in reference to a reckless driver. Deputy was advised that the vehicle was travelling east bound on SR 502. Deputy followed vehicle which was a 2008 Ford pickup which failed to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted. Deputy contacted the driver in which suspect appeared to be impaired. SFST's were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to consuming 2 alcoholic beverages. Suspect was arrested and refused to take a breath test. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/6/12 deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe Police Department in reference to a forgery that occurred at the above location. Victim stated he lent the suspect money to purchase a vehicle on September 2011. Victim stated that he did not receive payment and was unable to locate the title to the vehicle. Victim stated he went to MVD and found out that someone forged his name for a title loan in the amount of $1500.00. Victim stated that the vehicle was impounded and then repossessed by the title loan company.

Deputies were dispatched to a violation of a restraining order at the above location. Above suspect was located hiding on the roof of the victim's residence. Suspect was taken into custody and transported to The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Suspect was involved in a hit and run accident and located by Deputy. Drive was found to be under the influence of an intoxicant. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

On 1-7-12, Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute at the above stated address. 22 yr old Joseph Lopez was found to be providing alcoholic beverages to his 17 year old girlfriend. He was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a welfare check. Neighbors had not seen the 81 year victim in three days. The victim was found unresponsive by Deputies within the residence. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

On 01/07/2012 at approximately 12:17a.m. the above subject's vehicle, a 2003 blue in color Dodge Neon was stopped after the vehicle was observed failing to stop for a posted stop sign at the above listed location. He was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. He was arrested accordingly.

At approximately 2230 hours this date of report, Above listed victim reported her boyfriend was drinking excessively (Alcoholic beverages) and became very irate.Victim reported when she called for law enforcement, suspect struck her with an open hand to her face or left eye area.
