FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HER BY CELL PHONE. SHE TURNED OFF HER CELL PHONE AND WAS NOT AT LOCATIONS THAT SHE HAD BEEN GIVING. A NIXEL ALERT WAS DONE AND OFFICERS HAVE BEEN ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR HER. UNKNOWN FREINDS OR PLACES SHE WOULD GO TO AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LSITED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED HE LEFT HIS HOME AROUND 6:00 PM AND RETURNED AT ABOUT 11: 45 PM AND FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD ENTERED HIS HOUSE THROUGH AN UNLOCKED WINDOW. VICTIM REPORTED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS HAD BEEN REMOVED. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

On the above date, victim report that between 8:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained entry into the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) were interrupted by the victims son arriving home. Victim called for assistance, suspect fled the area prior to law enforcement arrival. Suspect damaged cabinets in the kitchen. This case is pending further investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect was involved in a verbal argument that turned physical with the victim/household member. During the argument suspect grabbed victims wrist and arm in an attempt to prevent the victim from placing a phone call for help. He was taken into custody and booked for Battery against a household member and Interference with Communications.
