Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to a structure fire. A crime check had reported that the residence was an abandoned property. A State fire investigator was called to the scene to investigate the possibility of criminal activity. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on this date (09-12-2011) between the hours of 1130am ant 340pm some unknown person kicked in the front door to the residence. Once in the residence the suspect(s) took the above items from the bedroom. The value was approximately $1000 in misc jewlery and $200 in damage. The suspect(s) then fled the area. Case is under investigation.

CHARGES: BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, INTERFERENCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED THAT SUSPECT HAD BATTERED HER. VICTIM REPORTED SHE WENT TO SUSPECT HOUSE TO GET SOME PAPERWORK AT HIS REQUEST. VICTIM STATED WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE FOUND HIM WITH HIS NEW GIRLFREIND AND HE BECAME UPSET AND STARTED HITTING HER WITH A SHOE AND BIT HER LEFT FOREARM. SUSPECT THEN TOOK HER CELL PHONE AND BROKE IT BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO CALL FOR HELP. VICITM RAN FROM AREA AND CALLED TO REPORT THE INCIDENT. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AT HIS HOUSE AND WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

On 09/10/2011 between the hours of 11:30am to 1:30pm unknown suspect gained entry to the victim's residence through an unlocked door and stole the above listed items. The investigation is ongoing.

On 9/9/11, Deputies responded to a Residential Burglary. Victim advised that he left his home around 7:30 AM and returned around 5:00 PM. Victim advised that an unknown person(s) gained entry into his home by prying open the back door, with an unknown object. While inside, the unknown person(s) ransacked the home and stole misc. clothing, 2 TVs, and a radio. Estimated value of items taken is $1000. Estimated damage amount is pending.
