ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, DEPUTIES WERE SENT DUE TO A LOUD PARTY COMPLAINT. DEPUTIES ARRIVED AND FOUND AN UNDER AGE DRINKING PARTY. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE HOSTING THE PARTY AND KNEW THAT JUVENILES HAD BROUGHT IN ALCOHOL AND WERE DRINKING IT. JUVENILES WERE CAUGHT TRYING TO LEAVE THE PARTY AND THEY WERE FOUND TO HAVE CONSUMED ALCOHOL AT THE PARY. THEY WERE REFERRED TO THE JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICE AND RELEASED TO THEIR PARENTS. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE PARTY WAS SHUT DOWN.

On 09/11/2011 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Knight's 2004 Jeep Cherokee. Mr. Knight was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Upon his arrest three baggies of suspected cocaine was found in his possession. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

09/10/11 at approximately 1714hrs a traffic stop was made for improper use of vehicle registration. Vehicle was displaying LRA444 which came back to a Chevrolet car not the Lincoln. After traffic stop was made a decision to impound the vehicle was made. During impound tow sheet a black handled lint roller was located in the center arm rest. upon pulling the roller out the see what was under it the end opened up and revealed a large amount of cocaine and heroin. On September 9, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property. Victim was assaulted by above suspect with a metal pipe. The above suspect then smashed the above vehicle's windshield with the metal pipe. Above suspect was arrested and booked accordingly on the above charges without incident.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE AND CRASHED. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING AND WAS IMPAIRED. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

Stolen and recovered: One 20 inch Emerson flat screen TV, one Nintendo 64, one game cube, misc DVD's
Unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry at the above stated location. Once inside unknown suspects removed the above stated items and placed them on the couch of the residence. As the suspects were attempting to flee through the rear sliding glass door the victim walked through the front door interrupting the theft causing the suspects to drop the property and flee the area. The suspect(s) fled in an unknown direction. Case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $500.00

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY'S WERE SENT TO THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO AN INTOXICATED FEMALE BREAKING THINGS IN THE HOUSE AND WAS OUT OF CONTROL. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD BROKENSEVERAL ITEMS IN HER BEDROOM. SUSPECT HAD BEEN IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER PARANTS THEN STARTED THROWING THINGS AROUND IN HER ROOM. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LSITED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.
