On 9/8/11 between the hours of 0900 and 1530 unknown persons broke into the victim's residence by cutting a hole in the plastic which was covering a window. Victim stated unknown persons took an Apple laptop, $4800 in cash, a gold necklace, 2 gold rings, a Nintendo DSI II, and a Samsung cell phone. Victim estimated the value of the items to be $6490.00. Estimated damage amount is $40.00.

Stolen: Donation box approximately 14"x"20x12" which contained $50.00 in US currency.
Unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry at the above stated location. Once inside unknown suspects removed the above stated item and fled in an unknown direction. Case is pending further investigation.

Victim reported that some unknown person stole the above listed item from the construction site in which he works. Victim stated the last date he saw the welder was on 9/2/11. The welder was described as stainless steel in color. This incident is under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Suspect: Christopher Moquino Age: 36 San Ildelefonso, NM
Vehicle: 2009 Chevrolet PK Grey NM plates
Deputy stopped vehicle after observing the vehicle cross the double yellow lines of traffic on curve. Upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment and was asked to submit to sobriety testing. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. Subject refused chemical testing and was then taken to St. Vincents Hospital for a blood draw. Subject was served with warrant for blood after a driving history showed that the driver had three or more DWI's. Suspect was taken to jail and booked accordingly.
