On the above date, victim report that between at about 3:00 p.m. his acquaintance/suspect unlawfully gained entry into his sheds and removed the above stated items. Victim states that the suspect packed up and left the property. This case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 900.00

On the above date, victim report that between 12.09.2011 at 5:00 p.m. and 12.10.2011 3:13 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into the business storage unit. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

Location: Cowboy lane (Arroyo Seco area) Santa Fe NM
On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (73 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Suspect: Daniel Nieto Age: 31 Edgewood NM
Deputies responded to Domestic Dispute on Estrella Vista Dr. in Edgewood and discovered that Daniel Nieto had battered a household member causing minor injury. Nieto also damaged the cieling and floor tiles in the home. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

On December 9, 2011 at 8:21 PM Martin was operating the vehicle north at the location when he traveled straight in a mandatory right turn lane. Martin was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

On 12/9/11 deputies responded to a burglary at the above residence. Victim stated that forced entry was through the rear window of the residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects broke the window with an unknown object. Victim stated that several power tools were taken. Estimated value of the items taken were $2,880.00. Victim stated that this occurred between 1430 and 2000 hours on todays date. Estimated damage amount is pending.
