    On 11-21-2011 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victim's residence through an unlocked door or window.  The suspect rummaged through the residence and stole the above listed property.

Stolen: 50 inch Flat Screen TV, 2, 22 inch Flat Screen TV's, Playstation3, Chainsaw, 2 DVD Players, and 50 Misc. DVDs Estimated Total Value: $2,030.00

Suspect: Pending

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary.  Victim reports sometime between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm today unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Once inside the above items were stolen.  Case still pending investigation.

Location: Valle Vista Blvd, Santa Fe, NM (Hwy 14 Area)

Stolen: 1 Mother's Ring with birthstones, 1 Mother's Ring with Letters "MOM", 1 Solitare Ring with diamonds Estimated Total Value: $2,000.00

Suspect: Pending

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Larceny.  Victim reports the above items were stolen out her purse while she left it unattended.  Case still pending investigation.


Case#:  0211017240/ Larceny/ Date:  11/21/11

Location:  200 block of Arroyo Cuyamungue, Santa Fe, NM

On 11-21-11, I was dispatched to the above address regarding a larceny. Complainant stated he discovered that 2 beige in color H-Vac units valued at 5,000.00 each had been taken from the above address between 11-18-2011 at 7:00am and 11-21-2011 at 8:30am. Complainant  also discovered that an attempt was made to gain access into two connex units which may have been unlocked.  Both H-Vac units were outside on pallets.  There was no damage to the property.


0211017127, Shooting at or from a motor vehicle, 11/19/11

Location: Noth Aurora Way   South Fork

Suspect: Pending

Deputies responded to report of gunfire in the area of North Aurora Way in the South Fork area off Highway 14.  Upon arrival into the area multiple spent bullet casings were discoverd.  Criminal Investigators responded to the scene and at this time there are no reported victims or damaged property.  Case is under investigation.


Case#0211017190 / Burglary (auto), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 11-20-2011

Location: Pojoaque Bible Study located on state Road 503

Victim's vehicle: 2002 Toyota Eco 

Items stolen: brown purse with misc. contents valued at $30.00.

On 11-20-2011 between the hours of 9:55am and 12:20pm unknown suspect broke the passenger window of the victims vehile and stole the victims purse from inside the vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot of the Pojoaque Bible Study.    The broken window is valued at $200.00. 


Case#0211017201 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 11-20-2011

Location: residence on Horseshoe Loop, Edgewood N.M.

Items stolen: Pellet stove valued at $2,700.00

Items damaged: Exterior door valued at $200.00

    On 11-20-2011  the victim reported he returned to his vacation home on Horseshoe Loop , which he had not been at since 2009.  Upon entering he discovered someone had kicked open the back door and stole a pellet stove from inside the home.

Location: Storage Facility located on Academy Road, Santa Fe N.M.

Items stolen: Demver Broncos apparel, gold necklace, 32" projection TV and misc. clothing valued at $850.00.

    Victim reported sometime within the last three weeks an unknown person removed the lock on the victim's storage unit and stole the above listed items from within. 


Case#0211017175 / DWI, Minors Under the Influence / 11-20-2011

Location: residence on Paseo De Angel

Arrested: Jeremy Barrett, 18-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M. and Colin Gordon, 19-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 11-20-2011 at about 1:15am while responding to a report of a large party, contact was made with Mr. Barrett and Mr. Gordon who were leaving the party in a 1993 silver in color Toyota Land Criuiser.  Both admitted to consuming alcohol.  The driver, Mr. Barrett was arrested for DWI and Mr. Gordon was arrested for Minor Under the Influence.    


Case#0211017168 / Battery on a Household Member, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer / 11-20-2011

Location: residence on Adobe Creek Road, Pojoaque area of Santa Fe County

Arrested: Anthony Romero, 41-year-old male from Pojoaque New Mexico

    On 11-20-2011 at approximately 11:42pm Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Adobe creek Road in reference to a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend.  Upon Deputies arrival Mr. Romero fled the residence on foot.  Investigation revealed he had battered his girlfriend durring the incident causing her to recieve a black eye.  He was located hiding in a shed near the residence and was taken into custody.
