Location:  1100 block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)

On 8/1/11 between the hours of 0800 and 1200 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victim's residence by removing an air conditioning unit from the window. Unknown suspects then crawled through the window and removed a Nintendo Wii Console, 10 Wii games, a X-box game console, 6 X-box games, 2 Wii controllers, 2 X-box controllers, a Wii Fit board, a Pantech cellular phone and misc. jewelry.  Estimated value of items taken is $6510.00.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active felony bench warrant without incident. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.


0211011112 / DWI 4th / 7-30-2011

Location: Highway 14 milepost 40      (South Santa Fe)

Suspect: Anthony Archuleta        Age: 44      Santa Fe,NM

Vehicle: 1996 White Dodge Pickup

Listed vehicle was stopped by a Deputy after he was observed leaving his lane of travel. Deputy upon conact observed several signs of impairment and administered sobriety tests. After conducting sobriety tests subject became combative and attempted to flee on foot. Deputy chased subject and after a short scuffle subject was taken into custody. Subject submitted to chemical testing with the results being .10, .10 and was found to have three or more prior DWI's. Subject was later booked into jail without incident. Vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance. 


0211011149 / Aggravated DWI / 7-31-2011

Location: Agua Fria/Via Maria Albina   Santa Fe,NM

Suspect: David Prada       Age: 31      Santa Fe,NM

Vehicle: 2009 Harley Davidson  M/C

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle crash at listed location and fled the area on foot. Reports by passer-bys said the driver appeared to be injured, a search was initiated and subject was found hiding under a camping trailer and refused to surrender. Subject was taken into custody and was then found to be impaired due to an intoxicant. Subject refused to chemical testing after being arrested for DWI. Subject was transported to St. Vincents Hospital for treatment sustained in the crash. 


02110111142 / Burglary / 07-31-2011

Location: Barranquenos Court         Santa Fe, NM    ( North County )

Deputies responded to location in regards to a Burglary. Victim reported that suspects entered his garage by forcing open the window to the garage and stealing a Mig welder and a Chopsaw. Damage to the window is estimated at $100.00

Case is still under investigation.

 


Case#0211011154 / Burglary(residential), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 08/01/2011

Location: residence on Calle Tapia, Pojoaque area of santa Fe County

Items stolen: 3 video game systems with various games and misc. jewelry.  Total value of $1750.00

Item damaged: Exterior door valued at $500.00

    On 08/01/2011 victim repoorted while they were out of town between July 22nd and June 1st, someone entered their home by forcing open an exterior door and stole the ablve listed items from within.

Location: Residence on Sycamore Loop, Cottonwood Village Mobile Home Park

Items stolen: Home theater speakers and a cellular telephone. Total value of $480.00.

Victim reported on 07/31/2011 between 8:00pm and 10:00pm unknown suspect entered her residence and stole the above listed items.  There were no signs of forced entry to the victim's residence.

Property Stolen: Portable DVD player, and Apple I-Pad Total Estimated value $1,000.00

On July 31, 2011 victim reported their 2011 Dodge 1500 Pick-up was broken into by unknown suspect(s).  Unlawful/forced entry was gained through a back window between the hours of 1300hours and 1430hours.  The above items were taken.  Estimated damage $1,000.00.  Case still under investigation.


Case#: 0211011131/ Residential Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/31/2011

Property Stolen: 32 inch flatscreen television, laptop computer, and jewelry  Estimated total value $6,100.00

Suspect: Pending

On July 31, 2011 deputies were dispatcched to above location in reference to a residential burglary.  Suspect(s) unlawfully/ forcefully gained entry through a back door sometime between the hours of 10:00am to 2:40pm and stole the above items.  Estimated damage $500.00.  Case still under investigation. 


0211011132, Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Agg. DWI, Agg. fleeing of a law enforcement officer, 07-31-2011

Location: 1211 Calle Inez (Airport Road)

Stolen: 2001 Honda civic 4Door, Blue in color (recovered)

Suspects: Two Hispanic males 12yoa and 15 yoa and one Caucasian male 15yoa

On 07-31-2011 an off duty Santa Fe Police Officer observed a blue in color Honda traveling in a reckless manner in the Santa Fe area.  The vehicle was observed cutting other motorist off at a high rate of speed.  The Officer who was in a marked unit contacted dispatch in regards to the vehilce.  A BOLO was sent out and Deputies located the vehicle in the area of Airport Road and Constellation, almost striking a marked unit.  The vehicle continued onto CR 56 and at approximately Huey Road the driver lost control and rolled the vehicle.  The vehicle was found to be stolen and the driver under the influence.  Driver and passengers were arrested and booked without further incident.
