Arrested: Autem Rodriguez, 44-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M. and Tony Roodriguez, 51-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-20-2011 at approximately 1:12am Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Paseo De Angel in reference to a large party. Upon arrival Deputies located several intoxicated under age minors. The investigation revealed the residence belonged to the above arrested individuals who were on scene and facilitated the party. While placing them under arrest they resisted. They were taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Arrested: Jeanette Williams, 30-year-old femalle from Madrid New Mexico

On 11-19-2011 at approximately 11:45pm Mrs. Williams vehicle, a 2004 silver in color Toyota Tundra was observed traveling northbound on State Road 14 within mile marker 29. The vehicle's rear tail lights were not working. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and Mrs. Williams was observed throwing a cigarette butt out the drivers window. Mrs. Williams was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest on the above listed charges.

Victim reported that sometime between 11/14/11 and 11/15/11 some unknown person burglarized his pickup truck. Forced entry was made by breaking the rear window.The inside of the vehicle was ransacked but it did not appear that anything was stolen at this time.

On 11/18/11, Deputies responded to above location in reference to a Burglary. Victim advised his wife left their home around 11:30 AM, today (11/18/11) to work and he returned today around 5:00 PM. Victim advised upon entering his home, he noticed the interior in disarray and items missing from inside. Victim stated that misc handtools, 2 Pocket Knives, Nikon Camera, Tamaron Lens, Microphone, Garmin GPS, Thinkpad Laptop Computer, Cannon Digital Camera, Panasonic Digital Camera, 2 Handheld Radios, Lincoln Mig Welder, .22 Caliber Revolver Hangun, Brauniger GPS. Upon further investigation of the home, it appeared the unknown person(s) gained entry to the residence through a dog door, located on the south end of the home. Estimated value of items taken is $5872.00.

On 11/18/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a welfare check. Landlord advised that he left several notices on the front door and has not seen the victim for about a week. Deputy opened the front door and observed victim laying on the floor of the livingroom lifeless. There did not appear to be signs of foul play. OMI was contacted and took over the scene.

CHARGES: DWI, OPEN CONTAINER, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING DOWN THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY AND AS IT APPROCHED. THE VEHICLE TURNED ON ITS HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHTS, BLINDING DRIVER. TRAFFIC STOP WAS CONDUCTED AND DRIVER WA FOUND TO HAVE AN OPEN CONTAINER OF BEER AND HAD BEEN DRINKING. DRIVER WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICANTED (.12BrAC)AND WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Stolen: Black leather purse, debit card, check book and vehicle keys.
On 11.17.2011 at approximately 3:08 p.m. suspect unlawfully stole the above items. Victim was walking back to her vehicle at the above location, when the suspect grabbed her purse and fled the area on foot. Suspect is pending further investigation.
Suspect is described as being thin and tall, brown hair, light skin, wearing a white mock shirt with blue jeans.
Stolen items were valued at under $100.00
