On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (42 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play.

On 10/27/2011 at approximatley 12:45am the victim awoke to their car alarm going off. They went outside to investigate and found that someone had thrown a brick through the car window and stole a purse from within the car.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION FAITH PERKINS WAS OBSERVED EAST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA AND FAILED TO STOP AT A POSTED STOP SIGN. SHE WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST AND IN POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. SHE WAS ALSO FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. FAITH WAS ARRESTED ON THE WARRANT AND CHARGED WITH THE MARIJUANA, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, DWI AND FAILURE TO STOP. THE PASSENGER, DEVYN ULIBARRI WAS FOUND TO BE CONCEALING HER IDENTITY AND OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER AND SHE ALSO HAD BEEN DRINKING. DEVYN WAS ARRESTED ON THOSE CHARGES. BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED

On 10/25/11 victim reported that sometime between 10/20/11 and 10/25/11 at 0700 hours someone gained unauthorized entry to the home he shares with his 67 year old landlord. Once inside the residence the suspect stole a 32" flatscreen TV, a tool kit, $5.00 in misc.coins, and a checkbook. There were no signs of forced entry. Estimated value of items taken is $485.00.

On 10-25-11 I made contact with above victim. He stated on October 21st, 2011 his wife checked their bank account and noticed two charges in their checking/debit account from amazon.com. Victim notified Amazon they did not authorize charges and to cancel shipment. Amazon.com costumer service advised victim of possible suspects name. Victim documented charges through his bank and cancelled the credit card. Charges were made in the amount of $185.56.
