Subject was contacted by Deputies after observing him operating a vehicle on a public roadway with a flat tire. Subject identified himself using false information. Subject was found to have been using false information and then gave his true identity. Subject was arrested and booked into the jail.

Subject was stopped by deputies after observing several traffic violations. Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment. Subject refused to submitt to sobriety testing and was arrested. Subject while driving also was found to have had five children in the vehicle. Subject after being arrested also refused to chemical testing. Subject was then booked into jail.

Suspect was contacted by Deputies after finding suspects jeep which had been involved in a crash. Suspect admitted to crashing jeep and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. Suspect was administered sobriety tests and was then arrested. Suspect submitted to chemical testing with the results being .13, .12.
Suspect was booked into jail

Vehicle: 93 Toyota pickup Blue
Vehicle was stopped by Deputy after observing vehicle make turn into opposing lane of travel. Driver was contacted and driver showed signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. Driver refused to chemical testing but due to driver having multiple prior DWI offenses a warrant for blood was drafted and a legal blood draw was administered. Subject was booked into jail.

Location: 100 block of Santa Fe County Road 74, Tesuque, NM (off of SR592)
On 7/15/11 between the hours of 1015 and 1500 unknown suspects gained entry through an open window by pushing the screen open. Unknown suspects then entered the residence and removed several pieces of silver jewelry which was on top of a shelf in the closet. Nothing further was taken or rummaged through. Estimated value of items taken is $3,220.00.

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a missing person. The reporting party wanted to report that her husband Joe Holcombe missing. He left the residence at approximately 6:30 pm on 07-15-2011 and has not returned.
Joe Holcombe 41 years old, 601", 190lbs, blond hair and, green eyes, he was entered into NCIC.

Stolen: One 19' LG flat screen TV, one 32 inch Phillips flat screen TV, one Kenwood car stereo, one DVD player, Several baseball bats and base ball gloves and various DVD movies.
Victim reported that between July 15th, 2011 at approximately 6:30 pm and 7:30 am on July 16th 2011 someone unlawfully gained entry to a 2007 Cyclone RV. Once inside suspect(s) removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $3,625.00
0211010237 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Larceny 07-16-2011

Items stolen: 2011 custom build Stryker trailer, 2001 Dodge Ram Truck extended cab
On 07-16-2011, Deputies responded to a Larceny at 6629 Airport Road. Victim advised he left the job site at approximately 5:00 pm on 07-15-2011 and when he arrived back now 07-16-00 at 8:00 am the company's 2011 Stryker Custom Build Trailer was missing along with an unknown amount of Red Metal Iron and an unknown amount of rebar. The investigation reveals that the suspect in the incident borrowed a Dodge Pickup from a friend that he was doing odd jobs for. The owner of the vehicle received a phone call from the male subject indicating he was not going to return the Dodge truck Both vehicles were entered into NCIC as stolen. This case is pending further investigation.
Stolen items were valued at under $ 28,000.00

Champagne 2001 Honda Civic with tinted windows and Lexus tail lights.
Between 10:31 am and 11:30 am on the above date unknown person(s) stole the above stated vehicle from the driveway of the above stated location. Suspects are pending further investigation. The vehicle was entered into the national crime information center as stolen.
