The above subject was involved in a three vehicle motor vehicle crash. Subject advised she took some prescription medication prior to driving her motor vehicle. A small child was in her vehicle at the time of the crash. Subject was unable to perform the standardized field sobriety test. She was placed under arrest for DWI and Child Abuse

Arrested: Jose Calles-Gallardo, 18-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-11-2012 at about 12:45am Deputies observed two male subjects standing outside of the Family Dollar. The male subjects fled on foot from Deputies but were located hiding behind the Family Dollar near a ventillation system. Both subjects were found to be intoxicated. Jose Calles-Gallardo was arrested on the above charges and the other male who was 16-years-old was also arrested.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 9:00am and 1:15pm today's date suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry through a back bedroom window. Once inside suspect(s) took the above items. Estimated value of damage $150.00. Case still under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member that escalated. Suspect pulled the victims hair, and forced her back into his vehicle while she was attempting to call 911. He was booked for Battery against a household member, False imprisonment, and Interference with communications.

Victim reports he received a letter in the mail indicating she had two outstanding balances in the total amount of $481.88 for two internet services that she never signed up for. Victim states that she believes someone sign up for the services from out of state, as she once lived in Virginia. At this time it is unknown who has been using the victims identity. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 1/1/12 and 1/8/12 some unknown person burglarized his pickup truck as it was parked in front of his residence. Unlawful entry was made by unknown means and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $1079.00. The computer has been entered into NCIC.
