On 7/12/11 victim stated that between 6/28/11 and today her checking account had been missing a total of $400.00.  Victim stated that charges were made to NEDCHELPSPACECOM.  Victim stated that she attempted to contact them but it kept transferring her to a company in South Carolina.  It is unknown on how access was gained into her account.

Location: 2600 block of Redwood Street.

Stolen: Sanyo 50" Plasma TV

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported that on this date, 7-12-2011 between the hours 1200-1700hrs their residence was broken into.  Entry was gained through a rear window without force.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above item and fled the area. Case is under investigation.

On 7/12/11 victim stated that between 7/5/11 and 7/12/11 unknown persons fraudulently used her credit card to purchase access onto to specific porn sites.  Victim stated that she had been looking onto her statements and indicated that this is occurring in South Carolina.  Victim stated that it is unknown on how her credit card number was obtained.  Victim stated that she is out $500.00 as of today.

Stolen: Antiques 4"X8" pottery pot, 1' wood angel, 30' extention cord, assorted hand tools

Value: $1,410

Suspect: 33yoa female, Santa Fe

Victim reported that the suspect unlawfuly entered into the above listed residence.  Entry was gained through a unsecured front window.  Once inside the above items were taken.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Mark Neptune (dob 10.31.53)

The above listed subject was arrested on active Bench Warrant for failure to appear out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: One black in color hand bag with Misc Jewelry.

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into her Penske Moving truck, which was parked at the above stated address.  Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items from the trailer portion of the truck. This case is pending further investigation.  

 

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 11,008.00

On July 7, 2011, victim report that unknown suspect(s) unlawfully stole the above watch. Victim stated she was having a garage sale at her residence, when the watch was taken while she helped load a tv into a vehicle. Victim reports that she was selling the watch for $100.00 but it is worth $500.00. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Stolen items were valued at under $500.00

On July 11th20ll at approximately 8:25 am, someone tried to purchase a $800.00 watch through a web site using the victims information and American Express card. The transaction was stopped and the card was cancelled. Suspects are pending further investigation.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE HAD PARKED HIS 2006 TOYOTA CAMRY IN THE COMMON PARKING LOT OF THE RIVERSIDE MOBEL HOME PARK.  VICTIM REPORTED WHEN HE WENT BACK TO HIS UNLOCKED VEHICLE HE DISCOVERED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) HAD ENTERED HIS VEHICLE AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM AND 7:OO PM, SUSPECT (S) FORCED OPEN HER FRONT DOOR AND REMOVED THE  ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  FRONT DOOR AND FRAME WERE DAMAGED.   CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
