ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED, FRONT DOOR, 1955 CANDY APPLE RED 1955 FORD F100 PICKUP, 2 JOHN  YAZZIE OIL PAINTINGS, SILVER BELT BUCKLE COLLECTION (15 TOTAL), TOOLS, SONY CAMAERA, AMMUNITION, FOUR HANDGUNS, 2 REMINGTON RIFLES, 42" FLAT SCREEN TV AND A DELL LAPTOP COMPUTER, ITEMS VALUED AT ABOUT #35,000.00

 

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED TO REPORT HIS HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION.  VICTIM STATED THAT HE LEFT HIS HOUSE ON THE 19TH OF OCTOBER AND RETURNED TODAY TO FIND HIS FRONT DOOR HAD BEEN FORCED OPEN.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE UNKNOWN SUSPECTS HAD ENTERED HIS HOUSE AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS ALSO DISCOVERED THAT THE  VICTIMS 1955 FORD PICKUP HAD BEEN STOLEN.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION, ITEMS WERE ENTERED INTO NCIC AT THIS TIME.


CASE 0211015874 / AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON / 10-24-2011

LOCATION 2800 BLOCK OF STATE ROAD 14, MADRID AREA

ARRESTED:  DALE G. HENDERSON, 69 YPA MALE, MADRID AREA

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS REPORTED TO HAVE ENTERED THE BATHROOM OF ONE OF HIS RENTERS WITH A LARGE KNIFE.  SUSPECT WAS UPSET ABOUT HEARING WATER RUNNING.  VICTIM REPORTED SHE WAS TAKENING A BATH WITH HER BOYFREIND WHEN HER LANDLORD ENTERED AND BEGAN SCREAMING AT THEM HOLDING A LARGE KNIFE.  DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND LOCATED SUSPECT AND HE WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION  CENTER AND BOOKED.

ARRESTED:  ROBERT CRUZ,  23 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER

ON  THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT HER SON WAS THREATENING HER.  DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND ARRESTED THE ABOVE LISTED PERSON ON THE  ONE LISTED CHARGE.  SUSPECT WAS TRASNPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Location:  residence off of Camino de los Baros, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 10/24/11 deputies responded to a residential burglary.  Victim stated that between 0740 and 1915 hours unknown persons gained entry to his residence by breaking the window to the back door.  Once inside unknown persons took a 18.5 Sanyo flatscreen TV, a Xbox gaming system, Digital TV converter box, an Airsoft pistol, and a Daisy bb gun.  Estimated value of items taken is $450.00.  Estimated damage to the door is $300.00.

Location:  2900 block of West Alameda, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/24/11 victim observed suspect removing objects from the engine compartment of a 1980's Cadillac. Victim approached suspect who stated that he was removing the radiator fluid.   Suspect then fled the victim's property in a blue in color Dodge Neon.  Suspect did not have permission to be on victim's property.  Suspect was not located.

Location:  3991 Camino Julianna, Santa Fe, NM (Cedar Creek Apts.)

On 10/24/11 between the hours of 1815 and 1826 unknown persons gained entry to one of the apartments at the complex and damaged the doors, wall, light fixtures, blinds, and a bathroom mirror.  The complainant stated that the previous tenant may have given the key to one of the neighborhood kids.  The complainant also stated that the unknown persons had damaged the stucco wall by putting holes in it.  Estimated damage amount is about $1,405.00.

On 10/24/11 victim stated someone gained unauthorized entry to her home by prying open a rear door with an unknown object.  Victim stated that the estimated damage amount is about $500.00.  Once inside the residence, unknown persons stole about $15.00 in cash from an ashtray in the livingroom.  Victim stated a neighbor had seen someone in the area between 1100 and 1300 hours today.  Victim stated nothing else appeared to be taken.

On 10/24/11 victim reported that between 0930 and 1220 hours someone gained unauthorized entry into her home by kicking the front door.  The unknown persons damaged the door, the door frame, deadbolt lock, and the inside wall.  While inside the home the unknown persons also damaged a small picture frame and an iron candle holder.  Victim stated that unknown persons took 30 misc. DVD's, a Dell computer, monitor, keyboard, printer, mouse, a Digital camera, $200.00 in misc. food, a music keyboard, and computer speakers.  Estimated value of items taken is $1990.00.  Estimated damage amount is $545.00.
