VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TEATMENT. VICTIM KEPT CHANGING HIS INFORMATION AND LOCATION OF WHERE THIS MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

LATER ON IN THE DAY HIS BANK CALLED HIM AND WAS ASKING ABOUT $250.00 WORTH OF CHARGES AT A STORE IN SANTA FE. VICTIM FOUND OUT THAT THREE OF HIS CREDIT CARDS WERE USED AND THE AMOUNT WAS $250.00. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED TO REPORT THAT HER EX-BOYFRIEND CAME TO HER HOUSE INTOXICATED AND HIT HER IN THE HEAD BECAUSE SHE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE. DURING INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS LOCATED PASSED OUT INSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE A FEW STREETS OVER. SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFED AND FOUND TO HAVE TWO WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST AND INTOXICATED. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
