On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry to the above stated property by cutting a wired fence. Entry was gained to the residence by taking a "potato shooter" and using it to break a "12X3" window. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 9,165.00

Vehicle: 2006 Jeep Liberty (White)

Suspect was stopped by Deputies after observing several traffic violations. After contact was made with the driver signs of impairment were detected. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. Implied Consent was read and driver submitted to chemical testing. The results were .10, .09

Location:  a lot off of Airport Road near Calle Maes, Santa Fe, NM

On 7/13/11 victim stated that about a week ago she had items taken from her property which is off of Airport Road near Calle Maes.  Victim stated that unknown suspects took a 12ft. blue in color street light, a 40's style cast iron white in color bathtub, and a chimney interior.  Victim stated that she had observed a green in color Ford truck on the property which left the area when she arrived.  Estimated value of items taken is $850.00.


Case#0211010084 / Larceny, Conspiracy, Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin / 07

Location: residence off Lopez Lane, Santa Fe N.M.

Items stolen/recovered: Honda engine, Honda manifold, turbo charger, muffler, radiator and other misc. engine parts valued at $1,200.00.

Suspects: Jeremy Payne, 29-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

                 Joshua Payne, 27-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

                 Caprice Howland, 22-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 07/13/2011 at about 2:17pm the victim arrived home and caught the above suspects stealing the victim's engine parts from his yard.  The susepcts fled the scene in their vehicle and the victim followed them in his vehicle.  The suspect vehicle stopped at the car wash off Siler Road and the two male suspects fled on foot.  The female suspect stayed in the suspect vehicle with her 5-year-old child until Deputies arrived.  The two male suspects were caught about a half mile away by Deputies and were placed under arrest.  The female suspect was also placed under arrest after a search of the vehicle (her vehicle) revealed several items of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of Heroin.

Items stolen: 1 Apple Mac Book Pro lap top computer and one At&t cell phone valued at $1,498.24.

Victim reported on 07/13/2011 between the hours of 1:00pm and 1:20pm unknown suspect entered their residence through an unlocked door and stole the above listed items.  The invetsigation is ongoing.

Items Stolen: One 32" flat screen TV and one 36" flat screen TV. Value of $1,000.00.

Item damaged: door valued at $300.00

On 07/13/2011 between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm victim reported someone forced entry into her residence by kicking open a door. Once inside the suspect stole two televisions.  Victim suspects her daughter might have been involved.  The investigation is ongoing.

Location: residence off Arroyo Hondo Trail, Arroyo Hondo area of Santa Fe County.

Item stolen: Apple I-pad valued at $500.00.

Item damaged: window screen valued at $50.00.

On 07/13/2011 victim reported between the hours of 3:45pm and 4:20pm unknown suspect forced entry to their home through a window screen of an open window and stole an Apple I-pad from inside.  The investigation is ongoing. 


0211009990 Larceny over $1,500.00 July 12th 2011

Location: 27 (A) Paseo De River Santa Fe, New Mexico (Airport Rd and SR 599)

Stolen:  One portable Cement Mixer.

Between July 11th 2011 at approximately 5:00 pm, and July 12th 2011 at approximately 6:25 am, unknown person(s) cut three post rings gaining entry onto the property. Once suspect(s) entered the property they removed a portable cement mixer and fled the area. Suspects are pending further investigation.

 

Stolen items were valued at under $ 1,812.00


CASE 0211010047 / BATTERY & NEGLIGENT USE OF A FIREARM / 07-12-2011

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF CRAZY RABBIT ROAD, TURQUOISE TRAIL  AREA

ARRESTED:  STEPHEN G. TRUJILLO, 24 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  BATTERY & NEGLIGENT USE OF A FIREARM

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH INTOXICATED SUSPECT WHO LIVED ACROSS THE STREET.  SUSPECT PUSHED VICTIM THEN WENT TO HIS HOUSE AND OBTAINED HIS .357 MAG REVOLVER AND FIRED SHOTS INTO THE AIR.  SUSPECT AND FIREARM WAS LOCATED AND TAKEN INTO CUSTODY.  SUSPECT WAS CHARGED WITH THE ABOVE LISTED CRIMES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.


CASE 0211010052 / AGGRAVATED DWI, FAILURE TO STOP AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA/ 07-13-2011

ARRESTED:  ANTHONY FUNARO, 32 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, FAILURE TO STOP AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO STOP AT A POSTED STOP SIGN.  DURING TRAFFIC STOP DEPUTY OBSERVED THAT THE DRIVER SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT.  AFTER DWI INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKING TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.  VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
