Items Stolen: Black Powerbook G4 Laptop Computer/with case, USA Passport, Social Security Card, and Bank statement.
Victim reported to Deputies he was at his campsite and returned to his vehicle and discovered the above listed items stolen from his vehicle. Suspect gained entry into the vehicle and removed the above listed items. There were no signs of forced entry. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Suzanne Carlin, Age: 52, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputy observed motor vehicle fail to maintain its lane. Deputy initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the above listed suspect/driver. Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests on the above listed suspect. Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed her under arrest. Deputy transported above suspect to the hospital for a legal blood draw and then to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where she was booked.

Deputy observed motor vehicle fail to maintain lanes. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the suspect/driver. Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests. Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed him under arrest. Suspect was transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Arrested: Juan Aguirre-Morales, 23yoa Male, Santa Fe
Charge: Aggravated DWI
Suspect was seen operating his 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer in the above area. A wale fare check was called in on the driver and vehicle by a concerned citizen in regards to the suspects sobriety. Deputy Markley located the vehicle and conducted a wale fare check. During the course of contact is was learned that the suspect was impaired and he was later arrested on DWI charges. Suspect consented to a breath test which resulted in a .16/.16 suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim stated above suspect physically assaulted her during an argument. Victim stated suspect intentionally damaged their personal property as well. Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC

Arrested: Mathew Hurst 24 years old, Santa Fe NM
The above suspect drove up at the scene of a motor vehicle crash, driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for DWI without incident.

Victim reported that sometime between 0915-1730hrs this date an unknown person(s) gained forced entry through a rear window. Once inside the residence the above TV was taken. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Arrested: Timothy Torres 40yoa male, Rio Rancho, NM
Deputies responded to a call for service at the Mine Shaft Tavern. Suspect listed above got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend while attending a function at the Tavern. During the argument the suspect pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed the victim in the leg once. Suspect arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (77 year old male) was found unresponsive by a friend who he was visiting from out of town, after not feeling well and taking a nap. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes.
