On this date Deputies responded to the above address in referenced to a subject removing paint from a painted curb. Upon making contact with the suspect he assaulted and battered the Deputy, he then criminally damaged Deputies patrol car by throwing rocks at it. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. A Pyrex smoking device and a green leafy substance was also found on the suspect.. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports Business yard was entered by cutting hole in chain link fence. Once inside property, a commercial Jumping Jack ground stamper valued at about $2950.00 was taken from the bed of one of the company pick-up trucks. Case is under investigation.

On 5/25/11 the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office responded to the Santa Fe Community College parking lot in reference to an altercation between three family members. The investigation revealed the above suspect, who was intoxicated assaulted her daughter. The suspect was arrested and charged with assault against a household member.

Victim: 28 year old male
On 5/25/11 at approximately 4:50pm the Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a male found unresponsive in his residence. Medics arrived on scene and could not revive the male. The cause of death is still under investigation but foul play does not appear to be a factor.

Victim reported that some unknown person(s) stole the above listed items on 5/15/2011 sometime during the day, it was unknown the exact time. The above listed items were located on a vacant part of the victim’s property. A white Ford utility truck was seen in the area.
The items stolen were valued at about $4500.00

Victim reported to Deputies above suspect arrived at their residence and was very intoxicated. Victim told suspect to keep the noise down and he became upset and grabbed a knife and charged victim while she was carrying her child, but stopped after he saw the child. Suspect then battered victim. Suspect then began damaging victims property. Suspect was arrested on scene and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported his Honda ATV was stolen from his property sometime between April 27th, 2011 and May 5th, 2011. The suspect cut a hole in the victim's fence to gain access to the victim's property.
