Victim reported that he was walking from his residence to the Shell gas station when he was approached by three Hispanic male subjects. Victim advised that the males instructed him to remove his money from his pockets. The victim was then battered by the males as he fled to his residence and the unknown male suspects left the area. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office

Items damaged: Doors/walls valued at $3,500.
On 09/12/2011 between the hours of 2:30pm and 10:30pm unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the victim's residence by forcing open an exterior door. Once inside the suspect(s) stole several electronic items.

Arrested: Robert Cruz, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 09/12/2011 at about 10:45pm Deputies responded to a disturbance call at the above address. While Deputies were on scene Mr. Cruz was standing on the porch of the residence yelling obscenities. After being ordered to stop more than three times Mr. Cruz was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the charge of Disorderly Conduct.

On September 12, 2011 the above location between the dates of September 1, 2011 at 1400 hours and September 12, 2011 at 1520 hours unknown person(s) gained forced entry by breaking out a side window to the residence. While suspect(s) were inside the residence they damaged several walls by pulling out the copper piping and wiring. A pile of copper piping and wiring was found left behind in the home. Estimated total value of damage was valued at $13,200.00. Case still under investigation.

Suspect: Richard Roybal, 46yoa male, Santa Fe
Charge: Battery upon a house hold member
Victim reported that on this date his partner (Richard) battered him. The two were arguing over household chores and consuming alcohol. The verbal argument turned physical with Richard striking the victim in the facial area. Richard was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

Victim reported that on this date (09-12-2011) at 145pm his alarm company contacted him. Upon return to the residence the victim observed the back door smashed in with a rock. The motion detectors showed signs of movement though no items were taken. Suspect(s) then left the residence. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to a structure fire. A crime check had reported that the residence was an abandoned property. A State fire investigator was called to the scene to investigate the possibility of criminal activity. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on this date (09-12-2011) between the hours of 1130am ant 340pm some unknown person kicked in the front door to the residence. Once in the residence the suspect(s) took the above items from the bedroom. The value was approximately $1000 in misc jewlery and $200 in damage. The suspect(s) then fled the area. Case is under investigation.
