Location: 1100 block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina St.)
On 8/8/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Witnesses stated that a male suspect that they know was inside a gray Acura which was parked in front of the above residence and another male was at the front door attempted to gain entry into the residence. Witnesses yelled at the unidentified male who then got into the gray Acura. No entry was gained into the residence and nothing was taken.

Location: 1000 block of Camino Vista Aurora, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina St.)
On 8/8/11 deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a fraud. Upon arrival, victim stated that she had paid a male individual $3800.00 for 3 vehicles he was selling. Victim stated that she never received the vehicles. Victim stated that she has tried to make contact with the male but is unsuccessful due to his number no longer being in service.

On 08-06-2011, Deputies responded to the above stated location in reference to someone illegally cutting a master lock to the gate that secured the property at the above stated location. Once inside suspect(s) removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Stolen: One X-box with one controller and two games
Victim reported between 8-3-2011 and 8-5-2011 an unknown suspect forced open a window and took food snacks and above the above listed items. Surveillance captured a juvenile male banging on the window prior to the burglary. This case is pending further investigation.
