CHARGES: NEGLIGENT USE OF A FIREARM, RESISING OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER
ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE SENT TO THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE SUSPECT BEING INTOXICATED AND HAVING A SHOTGUN. SUSPECT'S FATHER WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE SHOTGUN AND PLACED IT ON THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED IN THE AREA AND WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT WAS CLEARED BY MEDIC UNIT THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Location: residence off of Camino Sudeste, Santa Fe, NM (off of Nine Mile Rd.)
Suspect: 17 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/1/11 deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect became angry at his mother because she would not purchase him narcotics via the internet. Suspect then attacked and battered his parents. Suspect also pulled out a knife and threatened to harm them. Suspect then threatened to hurt himself. Suspect was then taken into custody and was checked at St. Vincent Hospital. He was released and was then transported to the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Location: East Frontage Road & I-25 exit bridge, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/1/11 at about 1533 hours deputy was dispatched to I-25 exit to look for an abandon vehicle. Deputy located a 2003 Dodge Intrepid silver in color at the above location in which it had a broken driver's side window. Unknown suspects then opened the console in the vehicle. A note was located and contact was made with the friend of the owner who stated that the vehicle had broken down and arrived on scene. Friend stated that nothing appeared to be missing. Estimated damage amount is $250.00.

Between 7/29/11 at 2000 hours and 8/1/11 at 1700 hours unknown suspects unlawfully stole a gray tool box, misc. tools, 2 50 ft. extention cords, and a jack stand from the back yard of the property. All the items were on the ground near a silver in color Airstream RV and some bushes. Estimated value of items taken is $545.00.

Location: residence off of Softwynd Drive, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)
on 7/31/11 at 1900 hours and 8/1/11 at 0800 hours unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to a 2007 Toyota RAV4 while it was parked Softwynd Drive. The victim stated that nothing appeared to be missing from within but the unknown persons did rummage through the vehicle. There was no damage to the vehicle, doors may have been unlocked.

On 8/1/11 between the hours of 0800 and 1200 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victim's residence by removing an air conditioning unit from the window. Unknown suspects then crawled through the window and removed a Nintendo Wii Console, 10 Wii games, a X-box game console, 6 X-box games, 2 Wii controllers, 2 X-box controllers, a Wii Fit board, a Pantech cellular phone and misc. jewelry. Estimated value of items taken is $6510.00.

Suspect: Anthony Archuleta Age: 44 Santa Fe,NM
Vehicle: 1996 White Dodge Pickup
Listed vehicle was stopped by a Deputy after he was observed leaving his lane of travel. Deputy upon conact observed several signs of impairment and administered sobriety tests. After conducting sobriety tests subject became combative and attempted to flee on foot. Deputy chased subject and after a short scuffle subject was taken into custody. Subject submitted to chemical testing with the results being .10, .10 and was found to have three or more prior DWI's. Subject was later booked into jail without incident. Vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle crash at listed location and fled the area on foot. Reports by passer-bys said the driver appeared to be injured, a search was initiated and subject was found hiding under a camping trailer and refused to surrender. Subject was taken into custody and was then found to be impaired due to an intoxicant. Subject refused to chemical testing after being arrested for DWI. Subject was transported to St. Vincents Hospital for treatment sustained in the crash.
