Location: 2200 block of Henry Lynch Road, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe West MHP)

On 8/1/11 victim stated that she arrived home and noticed the deadbolt to her front door was unlocked when she locked it this morning. Victim stated that at about 0928 hours on this date a gray in color vehicle had pulled into the driveway and then left the area. Victim stated that unknown suspects had taken a 42" flatscreen TV, a 36" flatscreen TV, a Xbox gaming system, 2 Xbox controllers, and $300.00 in cash. Estimated value of items taken is $1780.00.

Location: 6300 block of Olive Street, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)

On 8/2/11 victim stated that between 7/28/11 and 7/29/11 unknown hours a male who knows his brother had gone over to his residence. Victim stated that when he arrived home on 7/29/11 he noticed that his jewelry was missing which were hanging on some hooks near the door. Victim stated that several pieces of jewelry were missing and nothing else appeared to be missing from inside the residence. Victim does not know how entry was gained. Estimated value of items taken is $5000.00.

Case#: 0211011280, Criminal Damage to Property, Graffiti/ Date: 08/02/11

Location: area of Sierra del Sol, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 8/2/11 at about 1515 hours, complainant reported that unknown suspects unlawfully damaged a water tank that belongs to The Eldorado Water Company. Suspects tagged Eldorado Water Tank #1 between 7/22/11 and this date, causing about $2500.00 in damage.

Victim reported that he attempted to file his tax return with the IRS, to learn that it was rejected. Victim contacted the IRS and learned that someone had already filed a tax return under his social security number. Suspect is pending further investigation.

0211011259 Residential Burglary, Larceny 08-02-11

Location: 3581 Jon Kim Lane Santa Fe, New Mexico (Agua Fria area)

Stolen: 48 inch flat screen TV and two chain saws, makes and models are pending.

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry to the above stated property by removing a air-conditioning unit that was inside the north east bedroom window. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 2,500.00
