ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM WAS REPORTED MISSING BY HIS ROOMMATE. VICTIM WAS LAST SEEN ON aUGUST 2ND, 2011 AROUND 9:30PM, WHEN HE LEFT HIS HOUSE AFTER RECEIVING SOME BAD NEWS. VICTIM WAS REPORTED TO BE WEARING A BROWN IN COLOR T-SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS AND CARRYING A PORTABLE OXYGEN MACHINE, VICTIM LIKE TO RIDE THE RAIL-RUNNER AND GO TO aLBUQUERQUE AND STAY IN CHEEP HOTELS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND VICTIM IS ENTERED INTO NCIC AT THIS TIME.

On August 3, 2011 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Residential Burglary. Victim stated that unknown person(s) gained entry into his home through an open bedroom window that contained a small external air conditioning unit. Entry was made into the residence sometime between the hours of 10:00am and 1:00pm. The above items were taken from inside the residence. There were no signs of forced entry. Case still under investigation.

On August 3, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above location reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim stated the above suspect was intoxicated and would not let her leave. Victim stated the above suspect hit her on the head with a golf club. Suspect was charged and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that suspect quit and an inventory was conducted on his assigned vehicle and the above listed items were found to be missing. Victim attempted to contact suspect but was unsuccessful. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1100.00

ARRESTED: RICO VIGIL, 32 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED SHE AND HER BOY FRIEND HAD BEEN DRINKING DOWNTOWN AND WERE ON THEIR WAY BACK HOME WHEN THEY STARTED ARGUING OVER HIS UNEMPLOYMENT AND NOT HELPING PAY THE BILLS. VICTIM REPORTED THAT SUSPECT THEN HELD HER HEAD DOWN INTO HIS LAP WHILE HE WAS DRIVING AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE SHE GOT OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND CALLED THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE FOR HELP. AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGE AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a burglary. Victim reported that between July 29, 2011 and August 2, 2011, unknown persons entered his home and stole various acticles of mens jewelry. Victim stated that the suspects also damaged the interior walls and doors while inside his home. Case is currently under investigation.

SUSPECT KEPT STATING HE DID NOT DROP PIPE AND HE DID NOT KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.
