Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a reckless driver. Upon arrival, deputies made a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver showed signs of impairment, and SFSTs were conducted. The subject performed poorly and was placed under arrest. The subject was transported and booked accordingly without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, deputies learned that an unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered a shed on the property by breaking the door lock. The suspect(s) unlawfully took a Honda generator during the crime.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputies located the decedent in his vehicle and unresponsive. The decedent sustained a self-inflicted injury and life-saving measures were not taken. OMI was present and conducted a separate investigation. There were no signs of foul play.

Contact with Andrew Martinez was made during a traffic stop where he was driving a vehicle in the area of NM 76. Mr. Martinez had a revoked driver's license and an active warrant for his arrest. The warrant was for failure to pay with an original charge of improper equipment. Mr. Martinez was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque PD on a traffic stop with a potential impaired driver. Deputies made contact with the driver, and she admitted to drinking, then refused to perform sobriety tests. Driver consented to a breath test and blew 0.27 and was charged accordingly.

Subject was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to have an active warrant for his arrest. Warrant was issued by Rio Arriba Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear. Subject was booked into SFADC without incident.
