Deputies responded to a call for service regarding an after-the-fact burglary of a motor vehicle. The reporting person advised on July 2, 2024, while at the El Nido restaurant, someone broke into her vehicle by breaking the window. The unknown person(s) took the jewelry she had inside of the vehicle. There is no further information at this time.

Deputies responded to a call in reference to a missing person. Mr. Anay was reported missing by his daughter who stated she hasn't spoken with Mr. Anaya since May 1st. Mr. Anay's daughter said he is usually in Santa Fe City limits but frequently goes to Rio Rancho. It is unknown what Mr. Anay was last wearing. Mr. Anaya drives a 2014 black Cadillac with a yellow Zia symbol on the back window. There is no further information at this time.

Depputies responded to a motor vehicle crash. Driver agreed to SFST's and displayed sign of impairment. Deiver was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.
Case 2024003594, 3598, 3599-Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, warrant service x2- 7/14/24

Arrested: Kiere Ensey 34 YOF
Deputies were dispatched to the locations in reference to an MVA with no one around. Deputies learned from the registered owner, that her granddaughter Kiere took the vehicle without permission. Contact with Kiere was made and she denied taking the vehicle. Kiere had two confirmed warrants for failure to appear with the original charges of Unlawful use of a license x2. Kiere was booked at Santa Fe ADC on the warrants and a summons was issued for the unlawful taking along with other charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the location for a disorderly where they made contact with the subject. It was confirmed that the subject had a warrant for failure to appear with the original charges of Criminal Trespass and Resistin Evading. Subject was booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies repsonded to location in regards to a male forcing entry into a residnce. Deputies learned the male forced his way into the home and he began to arue with victim and then battered victim while child was present. Suspect was palced under arrest and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Suspect: Jolene Lovato ( 31 YOA FEMALE)
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an embezzlement. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the victim had loaned a vehicle to the suspect in May 2024. The victim had sent several text messages to the suspect requesting the return of the vehicle. Initially, the suspect responded with various excuses, but eventually ceased all communication. The suspect has been charged accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to an unrelated call. While on scene, it was discovered the above subject had a bench warrant for her arrest. The subject was placed under arrest, transported, and booked accordingly into SF ADC without incident. Original Charge: Battery on a HHM, Deprivation of property of a HHM, and Criminal Damage to property.
