Suspect was arrested after contact was made with him, in reference to a call where he was in the company of a 17 year old female. The female was intoxicated and said the suspect provided her with drugs. Cocaine and marijuana were located on suspect.

On 9/21/10, Victim Parked her vehicle on Forest Road 102 around 4:26 PM, to walk her dog upon returning after hearing a popping sound she noticed that the front passenger side window had been shattered. Victim stated she had just bought two shirts, white tank top, tan skirt valued, two pairs of boots which she paid $60.00 at Ross for.
Victim stated her green Samsung phone and her vintage brown leather backpack was also missing. Everything totaling $640.00. .

Suspect: Steven Ulibarri   Age: 31  Santa Fe

Steven Ulibarri was arrested for concealing his true identity and resisting arrest after he was approached near the Fairway Vilage park as a suspicious person.  He gave a ficticious name and ran from officers.  He was apprehended hiding in a business warehouse at 5891 Airport Road.

Location: Old Las Vegas Hwy/ Johnson Ranch  Rd.

On Above date I was dispatched to the above area in reference to a recovered stolen motor vehicle (1999 Cadillac Deville). Vehicle appeared to have been at location for an undetermined amount of time. Vehicle was reported stolen out of the City on Sunday September 19, 2010 when the owners returned from vacation. Vehicle was locked and all windows rolled up. No damage to the exterior of the vehicle was observed. The interior of the vehicle had a strong odor of gasoline and appeared to been on fire but did not spread due to the windows being rolled up. The ignition was intact and the bottom of the steering column was removed but no wires were cut or dismantled. Owner was notified and vehicle was taken out of N.C.I.C. Suspects are pending at this time.

Stolen: Kenmore Washer and Dryer, 8ft x 5ft tan Rug

Value: $900.00

On 09-20-10 the victim reported that between 09-14-10 and 09-16-10 unknown suspects entered the residence and removed the above property.  Entry was gained through the north facing bedroom window. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location:  Big Tesuque campground, Santa Fe, NM (Hyde Park Road)

On 9/20/10 victim stated that between1400 and 1600 hours she was loading her camping items into her vehicle. She stated that she had walked away for about 20 minutes and arrived back at her vehicle to notice that her driver side window had been shattered and her purse which had her wallet and her backpack was taken from within. Victim stated that unknown suspects also damage her driver's side door. Victim stated that inside her wallet were misc. debit cards, her driver's license, other credit cards, and $40.00 in cash. Victim stated that unknown suspects attempted to use the credit card but was rejected. Victim cancelled all her cards. Inside the backpack were 2 books, essential oils, a journal, a knife and misc. food. Estimated value of items taken is pending. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 9/20/10 victim stated between 0800 and 1630 hours her residence was burglarized.  Victim stated that suspects took 3 bottles of Tequila, a tool box with Craftsman tools, $800.00 cash, camera to a baby monitor, a 17" laptop computer and a pink Nintendo DSI.  Other items were taken but victim will provide a list at a later date.  Estimated value of items taken is pending.  Estimated damages to door is pending.  Unknown suspects pried open the door to gain entry.

Location:  4650 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Casitas MHP)

On 9/20/10 victim stated that between 0600 and 1500 hours, unknown suspects entered her residence through the front door. Victim stated that unknown suspects had damaged the front door and also her bedroom door.  Estimated damage amount to the doors is about $400.00.  Once inside suspects took a Sony 32" TV and misc. jewelry.  Estimated value of items taken is $1980.00

On 9/20/10 between 1300 and 1700 hours suspects entered through a southside bedroom window which was left slightly open.  Unknown suspects took a Magnavox DVD player and a Dynex 32" Television.  Estimated value of items taken is $330.00.  No damage to window.

On 9/20/10 homeowner arrived at her residence and noticed that someone broke into her house between the hours of 0830 and 1630.  Unknown suspects entered through the front door and removed miscellaneous jewelry from within.  Estimated value of  items taken is $1790.00.  Estimated damage amount to the door and frame is about $150.00.
