On 5-13-11, I was dispatched to the above address. Upon my arrival I met with the victim who stated that she had just arrived home this afternoon at approximately two this afternoon. The door of the guest house had been pryed open. Victim stated that 2 Sony flatscreen TV's, a silver serving tray, a silver bowl, Sony DVD player, a Sony DVR and binoculars were taken. Estimated value of items taken is $5,310.00.
Case is under investigation.

Deputy was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash. Deputy made contact with the driver of the vehicle (above listed suspect). Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests and determined suspect was impaired. Deputy arrested and booked the above listed suspect accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

The family of the above listed person wanted to file a missing person report due to the fact that the above listed person is traveling from Mexico to Santa Fe New Mexico and has not been seen or heard from since Thursday, May 5, 2011. Above listed person is 5'-8" weighs 145lbs, has black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he may be wearing.

Deputy stopped a motor vehicle for an equipment violation and made contact with the driver the above listed suspect. Deputy observe signs of impairment from the suspect. Deputy conducted several tests and determined the above listed suspect was impaired, Deputy placed suspect under arrest and booked her accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION SUSPECT WENT INTO A BUSNESS AND REMOVED A PAINTING VALUED AT OVER $5,000.00 AND TOOK IT TO HIS HOUSE. DURING INVESTIAGTION SUSPECT WAS LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BUSINESS AND WAS ARRESTED. THE PAINING WAS RECOVERED FROM HIS HOUSE AND RETURNED TO THE OWNER.

DEPUTY STOPPED VEHICLE AND FOUND THE SUSPECT UNDER THE INFLUENCE, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE AND PARAPHERNALIA. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND CHARGED. SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH AND OR BLOOD TESTING AT THE TIME. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Victim/ complainant alleges suspect took them from his residence when he was visiting. No other information at this time.
