Victim reported someone entered their residence through a window by removing the screen sometime between 05/13/2011 and 5/15/2011 and stole the above listed items.  The investigation is ongoing.

Victim reported unknown suspect stole a bathtub from victim's front yard between 5/13/2011 and 5/15/2011.

Stolen: 2003 Dodge Intrepid 4 door Blue in color NM JRK-588

Victim reported that between May 15th 2011 at 12:00 midnight and today at 8:00 am someone stole her blue in color 2003 Dodge Intrepid from the above stated location. There was no broken glass where the vehicle was parked. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The vehicle was valued at about $3000.00

Arrested: Josetta Rodriguez, Age: 47, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy made contact with a suspicious motor vehicle and made contact with the above listed driver/suspect.  Deputy observed signs of impairment from the above suspect and conducted several tests.  Deputy determined above suspect was impaired.  Deputy arrested and booked above suspect accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location:  2100 Pam Y Eutelia, Santa Fe, NM

On 5-13-2011, I was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burgalry/larceny. Upon my arrival I spoke with the victim.She stated that between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm where several jerseys were taken. Suspect gained entry by breaking the front window open. Suspect was confronted and jumped out a open rear window. Suspect was not located at his residence. Estimated value of items taken is $2,600.00.
Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway/Old Pecos Trl.

Arrested: Heather M. Colburn, Age: 27, Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy observed above driver/suspect in a motor vehicle make a wide turn crossing over the center line.  Deputy conducted a traffic stop and observed signs of impairment from the above listed suspect.  Deputy conducted several tests and determined suspect was impaired.  Deputy placed above suspect under arrest and booked her accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported being battered by above suspect.  Victim stated suspect became angry at him about an issue and began to batter him.  Suspect also pulled the telephone base out of the wall when victim attempted to call 911 for help.  Deputy placed suspect under arrest and booked her accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: 55 Canada Del Rancho #F (Rancho Viejo Village Market)

Stolen: Vodka 2bottles, Pepsi 1bottle, Marlboro 100s 1carton

Damaged: Entry Door X2

Deputy responded to an alarm at the above location.  Upon arrival it was learned that the two front entry doors were broken and items listed above were removed from the store.  Suspect used a rock from outside to break the glass and enter the store.  Case is under investigation. 


Case:  0211006621/ Possession of a Controlled Substance, Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Battery on a household member/ Date

Location:  5999 Airport Road #15, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Isai Calzadillas, age 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Possession of a Controlled Substance, Trafficking a controlled substance, Battery on a household member

On 5/13/11 victim reported that the suspect pushed and choked her.  Victim stated that she ran to her sister's house and called 911.  Suspect was located at the above location and was taken into custody.  Upon further investigation several small baggies were found on top of an open trash can and several electronic scales were located.  A plastic baggie was found in the trash can with a white powdery substance which was field tested and tested positive for cocaine.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  7600 block of Cree Circle, Santa Fe, NM (Vista Primera Subdivision)

On 5/13/11 deputies responded to above residence in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that unknown persons entered the home between 0800 and 1730 hours.  Victim stated that unknown persons shattered the glass to the back door.  Once inside unknown persons took a Wii gaming system, a Xbox 360 gaming system, 2 controllers, an Iphone, a fan, and an air soft gun.  Estimated value of items taken is $1,310.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00.
