ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT HIS GIRLFREIND HAD HIT IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD AND FACE AND SCRATCHED HIM DURING AN ARGUMENT. THE SUSPECT THEN LEFT THE HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED AT A PARK IN SANTA FE AND WAS ARRESTED WITH OUT INCIDENT AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ON THIS DATE SUS[PECT WAS OBSERVED RIDING HIS 2008 YAMAHA 4-WHEELER, JUMPING THE BANKS OF THE RIVER AREA IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE AND LANDING ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPERCT THEN PICKED UP A FEMALE AND JUMPED THE BANKS AGAIN, WHEN HE WAS STOPPED AND TAKEN INTO CUSTIODY FOR RECKLESS DRIVING WITH OUT INCIDENT. THE 4-WHEELER WAS IMPOUNDED.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 05-02-2011 AT 1100 HOURS AND THIS DATE AT ABOUT 1430 HOURS UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) HAD GAINED ENTERY INTO HER HOUSE BY USING A ROCK AND BREAKING OUT THE GLASS OF HER REAR DOOR. THEY THEN REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

On 5-3-11, Deputy was dispatched to the above address. Upon meeting with the victim, she stated that she had gone on vacation and had asked the suspect to watch over her home while she was gone. When she returned today she noticed that her sliding glass door was open and the front door to her home was open and the glass shattered in the door. The above items were missing from the home. Case is under investigation.

SHE ALSO FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD TRIED TO GET INTO THE HOUSE THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR. VICTIM FOUND WHERE THEY HAD REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
