Deputies responded to listed address in regards to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputies located an elderly male deceased in the garage area of the home, inside of a running vehicle. The death is currently under investigation.

Victim reported that unknown persons were following her on Dinkle Road and State Road 41 where the persons began throwing items at her vehicle and then rammed her vehicle twice before leaving the area. On March 20, 2011 at 5:12 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect fell asleep and lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and roll over 1.5 times. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and a Blood Test was administered. The results of this test are pending. The suspect was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was admitted to Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment of non-llife threatening injuries.

On March 20, 2011 at 2:26 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location. The suspect was driving in circles at a high rate of speed. The suspect also failed to stop for a posted Stop Sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

Upon arrival it was discovered that person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means had gained entry to the residence by forcing open a door. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a television from the residence.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTEED A DOMETIC IN PROGRESS AND SHE WAS STABBED BY HER PARTNERS SON IN THE ARM. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED FLEEING THE AREA WITH OTHER PERSON INVOLVED IN THE DOMESTIC. AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED, SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the suspect driver at the above listed location. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for Aggravate DWI without incident.
