On 9-7-2010 at 11:49 PM the suspect was operatring the vehicle north at the location when he stopped and made contact with Deputy Nissen who was conducting another Traffic Stop. The defendant was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The defendant's New mexico Driver's License is also suspended.

Arrested: Orlando Salazar 39 years old, Santa Fe NM
On this date a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle in which the suspect was a passenger. During the course of the investigation it was found that the suspect had an active bench warrant for his arrest. Two hypodermic synergies and a metal spoon with dark brown substance was located in the area where the suspect was sitting. Suspect was arrested and charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (86 year old female) was found deceased in her bedroom by a family member. It was determined that the victim died of natural causes, there were no signs of foul play. Victim had a lengthy medical history.

Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed 2 safe boxes, miscellaneous jewelru, a jewelry box, a lap top computer, a portable computer hard drive, a leather jacket, a vehicle title, a passport and 4 birth certificates.

On 9/6/10 suspect was seen not wearing his seatbelt and a traffic stop was conducted at above location. It was found that the suspect had an outstanding warrant out of Graham County Arizona; warrant #: 2004 401. Suspect was arrested and was charged with Fugitive from Justice and served with the warrant. Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On 9/6/10 suspect was seen operating a blue in color pickup and failed to maintain his lane. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect showed several signs of impairment. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and was read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect agreed to submit to a breath test in which BrAC was .16, .16. Suspect did not have a driver's license. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Back in 2003 above stated suspect rubbed two fingers on the victim's lower extremities and then attempted to forcefully kiss her while she was at his house in Santa Fe NM. Victim was 7 or 8 years old at the time of incident and doesn’t remember the address to the location. Victim's mother refused to file a report in fear of retaliation so victim's father decided to. Case was referred to CID.

On 9/5/10 at 1552 hours, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim stated that she was involved with the suspect and moved into his residence a few months ago. Victim stated she moved out when she found out suspect was married. Victim and suspect had an agreement that victim can store her items in a storage at suspect's residence. Victim went to retrieve her items and founnd her TV and stereo missing. Estimated value of items taken is $2500.00. Suspect and victim were the only ones that had a key to the storage. Suspect stated that victim owes him money for storage and he did not take the items.
