Deputy conducted a traffic stop on the suspect driver at the above listed location. Upon contact with the driver several signs of impairment were seen. Driver was given standard field sobriety test in which he displayed several signs of impairment. The Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for Aggravate DWI without incident.

On March 23rd 2011 a male victim received a telephone call advising him that he was a winner of $500,000.00. The caller advised the victim to send $1,500.00 via western union to Fort Lauderdale Florida. The sum was for and insurance fee to process the transaction. The victim sent the money the following day. The money was never transferred. The scam was repeated two more times for a total of $4,000.00 Suspects are pending further investigation.

Deputy responded to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police on a traffic stop, and made contact with above listed suspect. Deputy observed signs of impairment, and conducted tests on above listed suspect. Deputy determined above listed suspect was impaired and arrested above listed suspect accordingly. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS STOPPED SOUTH BOUND STATE ROAD 14, DUE TO EXPIRED REGISTRATION. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE DUE TO A DWI CONVICTION AND NO INSURANCE AND IMPROPER USE OF REGISTRATION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED BY THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

Charged: Battery on a HHM, Criminal Damage to Property of a HHM, Interference with Communcations
On 4/3/11 victim stated that suspect began to argue with her. Victim stated that suspect began to throw the children's toys and break them. When victim called 911 suspect took the cell phone and broke it. Suspect then took victim's keys breaking them so victim could not use the vehicle. Suspect hit the victim in the back leaving a red swollen mark and also struck victim in the right thigh. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
