Victim reported that on this date some time between 9:00am and 4:30pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the above residence through the back door and stole the above listed items. Victim estimated the items stolen to be about $10,000.00

Location of Incident: Calle Debra (La Cieneguilla) Santa Fe, NM 87507

Suspect(s): 2 hispanic males, 1 female

Suspect Vehicle: 1989 Honda, 4 door, Teal in color, NM 595PDF

On 7-15-2010 at approx. 12:50 p.m. the above victim arrived home and encountered the above listed suspect vehicle in his driveway.  He then confronted an unknown Hispanic male that was standing next to his truck.  When he asked the male what he was doing on his property the male entered into the back seat of the suspect vehicle.  The victim then observed another Hispanic male sitting in the drivers seat and a female sitting in the front passenger seat of the suspect vehicle.  The suspect vehicle began to back out of the driveway and struck the victims vehicle.  The suspect vehicle then fled the area in the direction of Paseo Rael.  The victim then discovered that his residence had been unlawfully entered through an open window and burglarized.  Stolen from inside the residence were 2 MacBook Laptop Computers, 8 recording microphones and computer software.  Total estimated value of the property stolen is $4,220.  An attempt to locate the suspects and the vehicle was made to no avail.

Location:  residence off of Jacona Road, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 7/15/10 victim stated that between 7/14/10 at 1730 hours and 7/15/10 at 0630 hours someone had burglarized his shed.  Victim advised the shed was forcefully entered with an unknown object or tool.  Victim advised that the 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle was taken.  The motorcycle was located at a residence off of Santa Fe County Road 84.  Estimated value of the motorcycle was at about $3000.00.

Location:  residence off of Barranquenos Ct., Santa Fe, NM (Cuyamungue)

On 7/15/10 victim advised that between 0800 and 1245 hours unknown persons burglarized his resdience.  Victim stated that he arrived at his residence and noticed that a ladder was at the kitchen window.  Victim stated that unknown persons removed the screen and opened the window to gain entry.  Once inside the residence unknown persons took 11 rifles and several misc. DVD's.  during the investigation, Deputy located footprints and followed them towards the arroyo in which the property was located.  Estimated value of items is about $20,000.00.

Location:  Lonebutte General Store,  Santa Fe, NM (Silverado Subdivision)

Suspect:  29 year old male, Santa Fe, NM

On 7/14/10 victim stated that suspect had been texting her since last night.  Victim stated that she received about 20 text messages.  She stated that she wanted to help him but felt she was threatened by suspect.  Victim stated that today suspect was at the Lonebutte Store and then went into the store and went back to her vehicle.  Victim noticed that her keys were missing.  Victim stated that she  followed suspect and proceeded back to the store and retrieved her keys.   Victim stated that suspect tried to hit her vehicle.   Suspect then left the area and victim's mother had seen suspect which threw something at her vehicle.  Victim's mother stated that she followed suspect and lost him.  Suspect advised that victim's mother had pointed a handgun at him when he was heading home.  Suspect did not have any other information.  Suspect stated that victim and mother kept following him.

Location:  residence off of Camino de Quintana, Espanola, NM (Santa Cruz)

On 7/14/10 victim's residence was burglarized.  Burglary was reported by a neighbor.  Deputy determined forced entry into the victim's home through the northeast bedroom window.  Deputy collected evidence at the scene.  It is unknown what was taken at this time.  Residence appeared to be rummaged through.  Estimated damage amount to windows is about $100.00.

Location:  residence off of Two Trails Road, Santa Fe, NM (Hondo area)

Sometime between 0945 and 1200 hours on 7/14/10 an unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into a residence at the above location by removing a window screen and entering through an open window.  Stolen from inside the residence was several power tools, a laptop computer, keyboard, jewelry, digital cameras, and a flatscreen TV.  Estimated value of items taken is $8542.00.  The unknown suspects exited the residence through the garage which was found open upon arrival of the victim.

Charges: D. W. I., Obedience to Traffic Control Device, Resisting, Evading, or Obstructing an Officer

Defendant was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. Defendant fled the area and turned down a dead end street. Defendant was taken into custody after showing signs of impairment. Defendant was transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

On 07-14-10, the victim reported that an unknown person rang his doorbell. The victim reported that when he answered the door, no one was there. Victim said he heard a vehicle start at the end of his driveway. The victim went outside and checked on his vehicle and found that someone had cut the covertible top. Upon further checking the vehicle the above item was found missing. The victim reported that the unknown suspect(s) must have dropped the radar detector, because he found it on the ground a few feet away. Suspect informationis pending at this time.

On 07-14-10 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a crime in progress. Upon arrival it was learned that a heavy set male broke a window to the residence. It is believed that the male was scared off prior to making entry into the residence. Suspect information is pending at this time.
