Caller reported that her boyfriend left her residence intoxicated driving a white Dodge Caravan. Vehicle was located on highway 14 near the I-25 underpass. Vehicle was observed swerving and was stopped. Contact with driver revealed that he was impaired and intoxicated. The driver was arrested for DWI.

Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at the above location and found the above individuals. The deputies found evidence that the said indivuals burglarized the residence and the individuals were placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim reported that on this date sometime around 4:00am some unknown person shot a 9mm type weapon at the victim’s vehicle as it was parked in front of the victim’s residence. The damage was estimated to be about $1000.00.

On 12-11-10, I was dispatched to 2743 Aspen Loop in the Cotton Wood MHP.
Victim reported that on this date sometime between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm the above items had been taken from her residence. The suspect appeared to gain entry to the residence by prying the rear door open.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $410.00
