Victim reported that the above vehicle was stolen The vehicle was taken at the victims residence. It appears that the victims key’s were taken before the vehicle was taken.

A fire was reported at a residence at Sandy creek. The fire was investigated as an arson. The State Fire Marshal’s Office investigated this incident. There was a gas can found at the scene. The home did not appear to be harmed , only the skirting and insulation. There are no suspects at this time.

Sometime between 12-03-10 and 12-06-10 someone broke the east side window. The window was broken with a large rock. Once inside the building the unknown suspect(s) removed the above listed item. The unknown suspect also damaged a porcelain sink in the bathroom when the window was broken. Suspect information is pending.

On 12-05-10 the above individual was involved in a single vehicle crash. During the investigation it was learned that the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The driver's test results were. 22/.20 BrAC. The driver was was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 12-04-10 the victim reported that on 11-28-10 between 11:00am and 2:00pm, an unknown person stole the above items from his booth that he had set up at the Flea Market at the Santa Fe Downs. The victim could not provide any suspect information at this time.

On 12-05-10 the victim reported that she heard her dog barking at about 6:00am. Victim reported that she did not lock the back door after giving her dog some treats. At about 10:00am the victim found her back door open and her purse outside. The victim checked her purse and found the above items missing.
