Victim: Male, 78, Santa Fe, NM
On December 16, 2010 at 9:03 PM the victim's wife called 9-1-1 because he had fallen and could not get back up. Prior to EMS Personnel arriving on scene the victim stopped breathing. Upon the arrival of EMS Personnel Advanced Life Support measures were taken and they were unable to revive the victim. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by Deputy Medical Investigator Barry Hazen at 11:00 PM. There were no signs of foul play and the death appears to be of natural causes.

On this date victim reported he started his vehicle at about 9:45 upon returning 15 minutes later his vehicle was gone. The Santa Fe Police after it had been involved in a car crash in the City. Victim signed a stolen vehicle affidavit.

On this date victim reported he vehicle had been stolen sometime between 12:00am and 1:00pm after being notified by Police that it had been involved in a car crash. Victim said she had a friendly gathering last night and did not have any idea who could have taken the vehicle. Victim signed a stolen vehicle affidavid.

On December 16, 2010 at 1:07 AM deputies responded to a single vehicle crash at the location. The vehicle was engulfed in fire. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and stated that the vehicle had been stolen earlier this date in Espanola. The Fire Marshal ruled that the fire had been intentially started.

Deputies respoded to domestic dispute and discovered Carla Houge had assaulted a household member. Unintentional minor injury occured. Houge was arrested and booked without incident.

Stolen: Bosch refrigerator, Bosch microwave, Bosch microwave trim kit
On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a larceny victim who stated that he had rented out his home. The suspect did not pay rent for several months so the victim had the suspect evicted and was supposed to have all personal belongings out of his home by Nov 1.
Suspect moved out, but stole the above listed items valued at about $2761.00

On this date deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to criminal damage to a motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined that around 3:15 PM unknown persons broke the front and rear windshield to the victims vehicle. The damage was estimated to be about $3000.00
