On October 24, 2010 at 11:54 PM the suspect was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim on the left side of her face with a closed fist. The suspect also struck the victim on the hand with a broom. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce his valid New Mexico Driver's License or proof of insurance upon request.

On this date at approximately 7:43pm, the above individual was observed operating a Cadillac Escalade. Upon making contact with the driver it was found that she showed signs of intoxication. Subject was given the standardized field sobriety tests. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly

For reason(s) unknown the suspect struck the victim on the left side of the neck with an unknown type bottle. The victim was transported to Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for treatment of a laceration to the left side of his neck and admitted for further treatment.

Victim reported on this date that sometime Between five thirty pm on 10-21-10 and five fifteen this date unknown subjects cut the lock to a barn door, entered barn and stole one hundred eighty pound bails of hay from the above location.
There were fresh truck tire marks in the dirt leading to the barn doors. The above listed item was valued at about $750.00
