Victim reported that that sometime between 10/1/10 and 10/13/10 unknown person(s) gained entrance to his garage which is connected to his residence by prying open a door with some type of pry tool. Upon entering the garage the above listed items were stolen from inside a closet.

Victim reported that that on this date sometime between 1:45pm and 2:45pm unknown person(s) gained entrance to his residence by kicking in the front door. Surveillance video of the mobile home park show's a Hispanic male in a gray zippered sweatshirt near the area at approximately 2:02 PM. A neighbor also saw the male in the area after he had knocked on his front door. The neighbor described the suspect as a Hispanic male who could speak both Spanish and English, 5'6" thin with a tattoo of a name or word on the left side of his neck.

On 10-18-10 the victim reported that his truck was stolen from in front of his residence. The vehicle was described as a blue in color 1977 Ford F150, bearing NM DV198A. The victim reported that his vehicle was stolen between 10-17-10 at 9:00pm and 10-18-10 at 8:00am, The vehicle was entered into NCIC as a stolen vehicle.

On 10-18-10 Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival contact was made with the decedent's Attorney, who had found the decedent inside the residence. No signs of foul play were found. Cause of death is pending an autopsy.

Victim reported that unknown persons entered her home through a bedroom window that was not damaged. The above items were taken in this burglary. The burglary took place at some point between on October 17, 2010.

Location: 1400 block of Bishop's Lodge Road, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque area)
On 10/17/10 deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible assault. Upon arrival it was determined that the victim had left his residence for a run and was gone approximately 10 minutes. Victim stated that as he entered his residence a male wearing a ski mask and dressed all in black tackled him inside the residence. Victim stated that he either hit his head or the suspect struck him with something. Victim suffered a 1 inch laceration to the top of his head. Victim could not provide any information on suspect. Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence.

Location: 3.5 miles into the Aspen Trail Head, Santa Fe, NM (Hyde State Park)
Victim: 66 year old male
On 10/17/10 at about 1137 hours deputies were dispatched to a man down at the above location. Victim was walking on the trail with his wife when he told his wife "the air is thin up here." Victim then collapsed. Victim's wife yelled for help in which other hikers started CPR in which there was no response. OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation. There did not appear to be any signs of foul play.

The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash and was found walking away from the crash by responding deputies. She exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She was later booked into ADC accordingly.

Deputies responded to St. Vincent Hospital in reference to a knife wound. Deputies learned that an 18 year old male had been cut with a knife during a fight with his brother earlier in the day. The wounds were not life threatening and an Arrest warrant is being sought for the suspect.
