Victim reported that sometime between 06-01-10 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM some one forced entry to his residence Entry was gained by prying open the front door. Once inside the suspect stole several items of value.

 It was reported that sometime between 05-28-10 and 06-01-10 someone cut a lock to one of the utility trailers at the above location and stole some airless paint guns.

It was reported that sometime between 05-31-10 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM some one stole the plasma television set from the theater room at the camp ground.

Suspect: Pending

On the above date the alarm system at the victim's residence was activated. Upon Deputies arrival it was discovered that the residence had been burglarized. Items that were taken were valued at $1,000.00. Entry was gained through an unlocked window.

Location: West Frontage Road/Erica Road

Arrested: Joaquin Leon Mendez - age 51, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was involved in a roll over motor vehicle crash. He showed signs of impairment and was subsequently transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment. He was admitted due to his injuries. He was released from custody on his own recognizance.

Stolen: A suitcase with various items, including clothing and Jewelry, Approx. Value of items stolen $10,000
**This case is still under investigation**
The victim reported that her suitcase was taken from on top of her vehicle, while she and friends ate at Harry’s Roadhouse. The suit case was strapped down, but not locked. It is unknown the identity of the suspect.

The victim stated that unknown persons entered his home and took the above items. It is not known how entry was gained. There are no suspects at this time.

The victim stated that unknown persons entered his home and took the above items. The rear door to the home was pried open. There are no suspects at this time.

 


Case# 0210004393,4395,4396, 4397, Auto Burglary

Deputy assigned: Sgt. Ernest Borrego

Location of incident: 3200 Block Calle Maria Luisa

Suspect: 4 juvenile males 15-17 yrs old, wearing hooded jackets

Charges: PENDING

On Sun 5/30/10, between the hours og 4:00-4:30am, suspects were seen burglarizing vehicles. 6 vehicles were actually entered, all via unlocked doors. A CD book containing 140 misc music cd;s, and a Cobra radar detector was stolen rom a 2006 Acura, and a CD book containing misc music cd's was stolen from a 1997 Dodge Ram pickup. Suspects were scared off, by one of the victims. No further information. Investigation continues.
