On 05-20-10 the victim reported that between 05-17-10 and 05-19-10 some one stole her vehicle from the above location. The vehicle needed a motor so who ever took it had to tow it off the property.

Location: Los Huerta Road, Pojoaque, NM

Arrested: 46 year old female, Santa Fe, NM

A domestic altercation took place at the above address and investigation showed probable cause the above suspect was the primary aggressor. There was evidence of a battery and the victim sustained only superficial injuries. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Suspect:  Unknown Male

Victim:  Gilbert Romero, 28, Cordova, NM

On 5-19-2010 at 8:30 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a physcial altercation at the location.  During the altercation the suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victim three times.  The victim was transported by private vehicle to Espanola Valley Hospital where he was treated for non life threatening wounds to his torso and leg and released.  The suspect fled the area by unknown means.

Location: NM 599  Santa Fe

Suspect: James Carr  Age: 41  Santa Fe

James Carr was arrested for Reckless Driving and Resisting/Evading after he led Deputies on a 10 mile pursuit on NM599 from Milepost 2 to Ridgetop Rd.  Carr was suspected to have been involved in an auto burglary and was observed driving reccklessly from the scene.  He was apprehended without further incident.

 Missing Person: Jacob Fernandez, Age 16

The parent of  Jacob reported that he wanted to report him as a runaway. Jacob left at 1:00 PM today with a couple of female friends and has not returned.

Victim reported that  he was checking his bank account and saw that twenty six  withdawls had been done in the amount of $49.00 totalling $1,274.00. The withdrawls were done through a web site known as swipebids.com.

The victim reported that on 05-18-10 she got together with a friend and started drinking hard liquor. Sometime in the early morning hours they fell asleep. When she woke up her friend was gone and so was her Visa Debt card. When she called her bank to cancel it she was advised that the account had been maxed out..

Sometime between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM on 05-19-10 someone attempted to force open the door at the F.O.P.. The door knob to the door was tampered with as if someone tried to shake the door open.

On 05-19-10 between the hours of  8:00 AM and 10:30 AM someone broke in to the victim's residennce. Entry was gained by breaking a window at the west side of the residence. Once entry was gained the suspects stole several items of value.
