On 12-11-10, I was dispatched to 2743 Aspen Loop in the Cotton Wood MHP.
Victim reported that on this date sometime between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm the above items had been taken from her residence. The suspect appeared to gain entry to the residence by prying the rear door open.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $410.00
0210011923 Attempted Robery

Location: 6000 block of Vuelta Ventura, Santa Fe NM (Airport Rd area)
Victim reported that on this date at about 5:40pm he had made a delivery at the above address when he was attacked from behind by two or three unknown male suspects. The suspects held the victim on the ground and rummaged through his pockets however the Victim had concealed his money which was not found. The suspects then fled the area on foot towards Airport Road. Male suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts which concealed their faces and black pants. The Victim did not receive any injuries during the incident.

Charges: Battery Upon a Household Member
On 12-12-10 it was reported that the above individual was involved in an argument with his family member. During the argument there was an altercation in which the family member received minor injuries. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: 1pr gold/silver/turquoise earrings.
Victim reported that she has been looking for the above items since November 3, 2010, and believes that the items had been left inside her vehicle. Victim believes some unknown person entered her vehicle and stole the above listed items.
The items stolen were valued at about $1000.00

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1200.00

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a larceny that took place sometime between 10:00am and 3:30pm on this date. Upon arrival it was determined that the above items had been stolen from the property.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 9:30am and 12:30pm some unknown person entered victim’s unlocked vehicle that was parked in front of the residence and stole the above listed items.
The items stolen were valued at about $510.00

Stolen: 2007 Dodge Ram Truck Mega Cab, I-pod, 15 music CD's, tools, laptop, clothes
Value: $40,600
On 12-10-10 the owner of the above vehicle reported her black in color 2007 Dodge Ram Mega cab truck, bearing NM JTN606 stolen. The vehicle was parked in front of the residence and the owner had both sets of keys in her possession. The vehicle also had christmas presents hidden in the vehicle. No suspects were identified. The vehicle was entered into NCIC accordingly.

On December 11, 2010 at 1:41 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with a non-operational tail light. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause Attached.
