Location: 3.5 miles into the Aspen Trail Head, Santa Fe, NM (Hyde State Park)

Victim: 66 year old male

On 10/17/10 at about 1137 hours deputies were dispatched to a man down at the above location. Victim was walking on the trail with his wife when he told his wife "the air is thin up here." Victim then collapsed. Victim's wife yelled for help in which other hikers started CPR in which there was no response. OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation. There did not appear to be any signs of foul play.

Commander entering: Cpl Daniel Chavez

Location: El Potrero Road/Juan Medina Road - Chimayo, NM

Arrested: Julia Martinez - age 39, Chimayo, NM

The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash and was found walking away from the crash by responding deputies. She exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She was later booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: Calle Nueva Vista/ Rufina St.

Suspect: Pending

Deputies responded to St. Vincent Hospital in reference to a knife wound. Deputies learned that an 18 year old male had been cut with a knife during a fight with his brother earlier in the day. The wounds were not life threatening and an Arrest warrant is being sought for the suspect.

Suspect; Jeff Dunlap Age: 38 Santa Fe

Jeff Dunlap was arrested for Voyeurism and Criminal Trespassing after it was discovered that he was looking into the window of the victim's home and found on the property of the victim.
